United Construction & Restoration company recently replaced the roof on my house. Everything went well and smooth. The sale representative Paul was very responsive, helped with the insurance claim, and met in person to explain the whole process and to show the shingle samples. In a few weeks we had our roof replaced. They installed synthetic underlayment, ice & water shields, flashing. They also replaced a few damaged plywood boards. Now our roof looks very nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding company! We are delighted with the new roof installed by United Construction and Restoration to replace that damaged in a recent windstorm. A United representative handled negotiation with my insurance company. The roofing team was quick and professional in replacing my old roof with one of better quality, adding considerably to the value of our home. All interactions with United have been great, from start to finish. These folks are professional through-and- through. I would confidently recommend United Construction and Restoration for any work.

Hello, it gives me great pleasure to share my experiences with United Construction & Restoration.

In early October 2020, I contacted United Construction & Restoration via phone about the conditions of my roof and was greeted professionally by the staff. All my questions were answered with indubitable clarity.

United Construction & Restoration dispatched their experienced representative to my home and covered the materials used for roof replacement and or repairs. At this time, I felt very comfortable with my decision with United Construction & Restoration. I also was impressed with the warranties.

United Construction & Restoration also scheduled their staff to inspect the conditions of my roof and explained what was needed.

United Construction & Restoration exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time as scheduled for each appointment. The installers cleaned and removed the excess debris around my home as well.

After the completion of the installment, I received a call from United Construction & Restoration regarding my approval of the installation.

Again, I wanted to let you know that I gratefully appreciate the effort of your company for proper professional guidance. I would recommend United Construction

United Construction and Restoration has done an amazing job with our roof. Their dedication from the start to end was consistent. They helped us submit our claim, and followed up with us till the insurance approved the claim to replace. Once, we received approval, they were very quick with ordering the materials and giving us a new roof. Their customer service was epic. They explained the process and each step and held our hands through it all. We have a new roof now, and it looks amazing.
Their sales people and the rest of the team were very professional and customer-oriented. Mr. Martin Kirkland was the focal person working with us. He and his team were amazing in many ways. Most importantly, they always worked around our schedule.
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done with epic customer service.

United Construction and Restoration did a wonderful job on my roof. When I first spoke with the agent Mike and he explained their business with detail; and the material they used. I had to go with them. The warranty and years that went with the complete roof repair is outstanding. My roof is how should I say it. It’s like brand new. If you want to chose an outstanding construction company who will take care of you it is them. The crew that came out were professional and also cleaned up better than I thought. They get five stars.

A friend recommended United Construction and Restoration to us as we were in need of a reputable company to help work with our insurance company to replace our roof. United Construction came out to our property twice to make sure they take all the right pictures to share with our insurance agent to obtain full approval for our roof replacement. We worked closely with Eric and Deborah, along with other staff at United once we have received approval from our insurance company to replace our roof. The process moved very quickly after approval and once the supplies were delivered, United came out the very next day and completed the project within one day, FANTASTIC!!! We are extremely happy and thankful and we have recommended family and friends to United whenever they need to replace their roof. Special Thanks to Eric & Deborah, you both are outstanding to work with.

Had our roof replaced in April 2023. I must say we were skeptical at first. Roberto came out to meet with us and start the process. Roberto and the office personnel worked with the insurance company to get an adjuster out. Carlos and his crew came out and did a great job removing and replacing the roof and skylight. Carlos kept us informed over the course of the 2 day install with any issues he found and fixed them. We have to say that the process from start to finish was much easier than we expected. The new roof looks awesome. Would highly recommend these guys anytime.

I have had the worst experience with United Construction. Back in October, I signed a contract with them to have a new roof and siding installed. We decided on the color of shingles and siding and the new roof was going to be installed in Novemeber. They showed up November 26/27 to work on the roof and said they would come back to install the siding. Days went by and we had to reach out to United to find out why they have not come back to install the siding. They informed us the siding we chose was out of stock and would not be in stock for about another week. December 6th came around and they showed up at my house unexpectedly just to drop off materials on the driveway. We called United again to find out if they were going to install the siding the next day and we did not get a clear answer. I am sick and tired of United Construction they are such a shady company. All they want is your money and once they have it they could care less about you. It is now Christmas Day and thanks to United we did not get to hang up Christmas lights because they did not come to install our siding. We have materials taking up space in our driveway so we can't park our cars. During the day the materials are just laying out for anyone to come and steal them. United Construction is the worst company I have worked with, STAY AWAY DON'T LET THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU.

UCANDR replaced our entire roof and part of our living room ceiling over the summer, and we are pleased with the results. We have never filed a claim before on our homeowners insurance policy, and it was a great help to have UCANDR handle most of the interaction with the insurance company. Fact is we probably would have still had our old roof on if UCANDR hadn't handled 80% of the process, which made it so much easier. Definitely cheaper for us, the insurance paid for everything except the deductible.

I'm writing this review 3 months after the new roof was put on, and it's been great so far. It's noticeably quieter than the old roof, now we can barely hear rain hitting the roof in rainstorms.

I had a solar panel project completed by United Construction & Restoration and they are very unresponsive. My project by finished Oct of 2024 and they never sent my certificate of completion so that I can receive SREC payment benefits. How do you have a company who doesn't answer the phone, return voicemail messages or emails. 6 months without a response is unreliable and unprofessional.

Update 9/16/2025: After my initial review, I wanted to provide an update. United Construction remedied my solar project so that could obtain my certificates for credit with my srecs. They fully made sure I received retroactive credits with srectrade and made sure all of the proper paperwork was issued. They greatly apologized after their company went through a transition period and it showed, after solving my issue. Thank you for fixing the issue.

One of my friends recommended Eric Lee to me when I wanted to get the damaged roof replaced due to windstorm. Eric provided great help to me and put lot effort to make sure the whole process went through smoothly. United Construction and Restoration delivered very high quality of roof replacement and professional services. The new roof is very beautiful, and I am so happy with the works they had done. Many thanks to Eric and the production team! I would strongly recommend this company to people who need a roof service.

UCANDR replaced our entire roof and a water damaged wall in my garage. It was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. UCANDR was very helpful in walking us through the process of the insurance claim and continued throughout the entire process. If it was not for UCANDR’s pointing out that my shingles were missing we could have had much more damage from the weather. They did an excellent job for us and we recommend them highly.

UCandR sent 5 hard working and thorough roofers to put on my beautiful new roof. It turned out so nicely! From the initial meeting with Kevin Anderson, my phone conversations with Eric Lee to the end of the job Eric was in touch immediately whenever I had questions. He is such a pleasure to work with. He gave me so much faith in this company. Carlos and his team worked 9am-5pm and got the job done, and cleaned up down to the last scrap and nail. I could not be more pleased and proud of my new house. Thank you, UCandR!

Very great experience with this company for my home in Florida. They replaced my roof after hurricane Ian. I was super thankful that they came to my area and were able to help. After the hurricane, it was hard to find a contractor that would be trustworthy, and I lucked out with United. I have to admit, I was skeptical because of their main office being in another state, but they ended up being legit. They did a great job, at a great price, and very timely (given the circumstance after such a large natural disaster). My roof was one of the first to be replaced in my neighborhood, so I felt like I did well in choosing a contractor. Thank you United Construction!

Hiring GoPro construction was the biggest mistake we made when beginning our addition. We hired GoPro to do the foundation and framing work in July (in hindsight we should have just hired them for the foundation and learned). They began work at the beginning of August 2019. From the start, there were issues. They would make mistakes due to not reading the plans correctly, say they were going to do things and not show up, have their cars/cement trucks, etc ‘break down’. Our project manager would lie to us about where the crew was or if we weren’t home (we were away on a family vacation one week), they just wouldn’t show up and do the work they said would be done by the time we got home. This resulted in us coming home to a mound of dirt in our backyard and a huge hole where our neighbors’ children could potentially fall into. The cement truck ‘broke down’ maybe three times before they actually were able to pour the foundation and because there were so many errors in the digging, they couldn’t do one full pour. Resulting in a huge loss of time. The framing was even worse. A project that was supposed to take three weeks ended up taking three months because of the errors they made in reading the plans. It was so bad that they actually took away inches from our entire project, didn’t put the door and windows in the right place and built a flat roof even though it was supposed to be sloped. What was worse is that they would take weeks to come out to fix their mistakes. At one point, we had our windows and door installed only to find out that the door wouldn’t fit because the framing wasn’t square. It was a disaster. When we finally got them to agree to come out and fix it, it took them three weeks to finally not be ‘sick’ or have ‘their car break down’ or simply not show. One of those weeks, we had our windows uninstalled (at their request) so they could finish and they just didn’t come and lied about it while it was 30 degrees out and we had an infant at home. Honestly, I can’t say it was just the workers because the project manager may be even worse with his constant lies and lack of management of the project. This entire experience was so terrible and not once did the president of the company (who was frequently out of the country) apologize or manage the project himself. The one positive is that after four months, their part of the project, that at its slowest should have taken two, is now done. I wouldn’t recommend GoPro or its workers to anyone who wants their project done correctly or on time.

Paul was very on top of it.They provided us with a will written and detailed estimated that included everything needed for the project. We did have a couple of change orders,but it was for additional work that we requested. Definitely A+.

Could not be happier with Go Pro Constructions. Sam is always willing to answer questions and guidance when asked. Very detailed in his response to make sure it’s clearly understood. Super friendly family owned business. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Go Pro turned our unfinished basement into a livable space. The craftsmanship was good, but we felt the project management could have been more organized.
