In all honesty I felt that the person that did the cleaning was personable to an extent not overdoing it not under doing it I do feel however he could have done a much better job cleaning the carpet than he did it seemed as if he was in a hurry the carpet was cleaned but I went over the carpet with my own steam cleaner after he left and got a whole lot more of the stains out so thank you for giving me a head start but I wouldn't use your service again

Showed on time. Cleaned the carpet well. The employee was friendly and we had no problems. Can’t speak on price as i didn’t shop around and I’m no carpet cleaning connoisseur. Either way, service was satisfactory.

Also the lady, apology for not remembering her name, that prepared the quote was also friendly and patient. Top notch customer service 👌.

We had our carpets cleaned today by Gavin Strade and John Hopper. They did a fantastic job with our carpets and after seeing their work, we decided to have our chair done. The chair looks brand new!!
