The tech was very knowledgeable and a great customer service. It took him few minutes to troubleshoot my microwave an my refrigerator.

Raj came out and fixed a pilot issue I had within 5 minutes and also educated me on the issue for future use. Great, fast and professional service. Highly recommend!

Called before coming called twice and texted. In short he had diagnosed the problem and had the parts and now we have ice dispensing out of the door.

Worse customer service ever!! Do not use this place. We bought a brand new Frigidaire oven on October 7th. Right before Christmas oven stopped working. Was referred to this company for repair. Called on December 23rd. Advised they couldn't come until December 28th to look at the oven.
Repairman came over. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, but then after calling a few people said we needed a new ignitor. Advised my husband Frigidaire would overnight the piece but couldn't come back until Thursday to put in the piece. Well here it is Saturday and no call or communication with Apple Home Appliance. So we call the repairman. Repairman called back and advised he never told my husband it would be overnight. Talked over my husband and kept interrupting my husband. He claims he did not tell my husband it would be overnight and part not in yet. Again never called to let us know any of this. Was rude and condescending once I got on the phone, like he did't want to be bothered with a woman. Worse customer service ever!! My husband is in the contracting business and customer service is everything! This place is terrible. So unprofessional! I had to give at least one star to right this review or I would have given 0 stars. Look elsewhere!!!

It was nice of Rajesh to take same day call and get our refrigerator back working in no time. Very professional and neat/ tidy work.

Always good to have a knowledgeable repairman handy. We've had Rajesh come out a couple times now for various appliances with no complaints.

Our washer went bad 4 days prior. Apple was assigned through my Home Warranty Company. They were willing to come out and repair my Washer if I bypassed the warranty company. I was not. Not the best business practice on Apples part. Their business was located 5 minutes from my home.

Raj was very knowledgeable and friendly He solved a problem we had with our refrigerator for several months did a great job. He also made a few recommendations about settings and reset settings for proper functioning.

This business is listed as a Frigidaire approved service provider. The technician came to inspect our refrigerator. He looked at the equipment briefly and concluded that a compressor replacement was needed. He said that he was not going to replace the compressor and had none to do it. Charged us $85 for a five minute visit. Later on we had a Frigidaire rep inspecting our equipment and concluded that the compressor was not the problem.

I had Raj come by to assist with an issue with my tempur pedic mattress. He was prompt and had my problem resolved in no time at all, definitely received professional service from him today.

He did a great job!! Best appliance technician we ever had!!

I have been using this company for over 10 years. Rag has always been able to help get me up and running again. He repaired my washer a number of years ago, but just recently has fixed my fridge. I was told by another repair person that I'm going to need to purchase a new fridge. When I looked into that - it wasn't going to be delivered for another 3 months. I then called Rag and he came right now and knew what the problem was. He fixed my fridge immediately at a small cost. We are thrilled with his service!

Raj fixed my in built microwave issue and replaced the magnetron. He is friendly responds promptly to calls and text.

Raj helped us with the new refrigerator door that wouldn't shut, came back many times to resolve with the manufacturer, and even left a temporary solution while waiting for replacement parts to resolve. Recommend highly.

I've been using Apple Home Appliances for 25 years. Raj has been amazing. There are times that he offers to come the same day or schedules the visit for the very next day. His prices are very fair and never tries to do work that's absolutely not required. If I could give Apple Home Appliances ten stars, I would give them eleven! ;-)
