I could not be happier! My fridge started having problems over the weekend, and when I called first thing Monday morning, they were able to get a technician to my house the very same day. It originally seemed like the fan was bad and was prepared to replace it (he brought the part with him), but discovered that it was actually just frozen. He freed it up and got it running again, so I didn't even need to spend money on the part! I really appreciate his friendliness and honesty. I'm very happy to have found Apple Appliances, they will certainly be my go-to from here on out!

Can I do zero stars? Raj came to our house to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Apparently he cut his finger in the process, and after he left, I found blood in the freezer, inside the ice maker, in the refrigerator section, on the outside of the refrigerator, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen floor. It is totally unacceptable for a service person to leave his bodily fluids inside the appliance that we use for food storage! Then, as we were wiping everything down with Clorox, the ice maker fell off in my wife's hand. We now have to have another service technician - definitely NOT Apple - come out and reinstall it.

Great experience. My refrigerator & freezer was not working and we were very concerned that we were going to lose all the meat in our freezer. We were put in touch with Apple Home Appliance at 8am. We explained our situation and are concerns . They certainly related to our circumstance it said they would do their best to have a technician pay us a visit.. fortunately for us , Raj was assigned the call . Based on the information we provided he felt he had a good idea of what was wrong and we get to us as soon as possible. 2 hours later we got a call from Raj saying he was on his way. When he arrived he got to work quickly and got us Got up and running on short time. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, he is also very personable and took the time to explain exactly what the situation was. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to use Apple home appliance service should be ever have an issue with any of our appliances. Thank you Raj

The worst repairman I have ever experienced. His "repair" consisted of him taking out all the screws from the dishwasher, putting them into his mouth, then putting the dirty screws soaked in his saliva back into our dishwasher. He also cut his hand somehow and bled all over our dishwasher. He is completely incompetent. I got him a Band-Aid, and he didn't even offer to clean up or sanitize/disinfect our dishwasher from the blood he got on our appliance. He was incredibly rude. He also did not have the parts to fix our machine, so our machine does not even turn on currently. Horrible is an understatement. I do not recommend him to repair your appliance. If I could give him zero stars, I would. Worst of all, Frigidaire stated that they would fix our dishwasher for $250 all in, no extra expenses, and sent this repairman to do the job, but this repairman tried to shake me down for extra money to hire someone to remove the dishwasher or remove it myself with a bad back (despite the fact that he was hired by Frigidaire to do this at no extra cost to me).

John is responsive and quickly fixed my appliance and helped me with a water filter problem with refrigerator.

The oven door would not close fully and heat escaped during cooking. Appliance repair realigned the hinges and replaced worn parts. Baking now works evenly without heat loss.
