    Never actually got to deal with a technician so I can only judge from a phone call. Called on a Tuesday and whoever answered the phone, never stated his name or the company name, said it sounded like an easy fix and that they may be able to stop by that day but if not we were on the schedule for Thursday. Well Thursday came and no call no show. Wouldn't recommend them.
