From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. I called for an emergency service, and they were able to send a technician out that same morning. They were transparent about their pricing, and they were able to diagnosis the problem within 30 mins and had the part on hand. Great service all around. I will definitely be contacting S&L for any future Heating and Air issues and maintenance.

First met owner Mike for an evaluation and getting proposals for replacement of my old gas furnace and air conditioner. He was very professional. Explained the different options and pros and cons. Knows his stuff.
Went with the Mitsubithsi heat pump for my whole house ducted system. Appreciated that Mike specified the higher end unit for greater efficiency and reliability--but still within my budget.The Crew came a couple of weeks later--arrived on time, explained what they were doing, answered questions well, were very efficient, hard working and courteous. The installation took 2 days--a different crew came 2nd day--they were also great. Said they had a contest between the 2 crews to see which one gets better reviews--I give them both big 5s.
The office was patient and helpful getting all the complicated information together--warranties, BGE rebates, Federal tax credit, payment options, etc. Also gave a discount for cash payment which I appreciated.
The installation is neat, quiet, and works great.
