"I had an excellent experience with Mr Everything MD Construction LLC replacing the floor in my bathroom. The previous vinyl floor had started lifting due to previous installation issues, and when they removed the toilet, we discovered that the wax ring had not been installed properly and the plywood was damaged. The team showed me the problem and explained the repair options. I decided to replace everything, and the final result was spectacular. They installed a waterproof vinyl floor specifically designed for bathrooms, which is very durable and high-quality. I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to hire Mr Everything MD Construction LLC again for another bathroom remodeling project in Pasadena."

I had my downstairs living and family room painted(ceiling & wall), kitchen baseboards installed, and one upstairs interior window repaired. The main problem for me was the leak in my bedroom window that started to leak through the living room ceiling. I had a few quotes and the young man that came from Andetson was the only person that didn't just guess what the problem was. He assessed the situation and gave me 2 options about how he could repair it. While he was there, I asked about other services they provided and that is how I ended up getting all the other jobs done. He gave me what I felt was a reasonable quote and over the course of 3 days, he completed all the work himself. Everything was neatly done and he cleaned up behind himself afterward. I would definitely use this company again.

Found this company on Yelp and decided to give them a call (they have pretty solid reviews on Yelp). They have flexible a schedule -Anderson came out for a consultation and the following day, he and his team completed the service. I needed repair work around the frame of the front door’s exterior and at the base of the front door (interior). He sealed the interior of the front door, removed damaged flooring, and installed new hardwood flooring-very pleased with the work. Additionally, he added an electrical outlet behind a mounted tv and mounted a soundbar for the ultimate listening experience ✨✨ highly recommend

I had a deck support beam that was warped and needed replacing. Anderson was quick to respond, provided a fair price, and was available to do the work on a weekend. His guys showed up on Sunday morning and got the job done by mid afternoon. I'm happy with the results and definitely recommend Mr Everything Md Construction.

A truck hit our glass entrance at the Dunkin Donut in Pasadena. I called NAC to fix the whole vestibule entrance. They took care of everything in a week and did an amazing job.

poor work, they don't follow up with costumers concerns , my mother have been waiting for 2 years to have some incomplete kitchen work resolve, went to their office early this week, you would think they will reach out to her by now. we are still waiting to hear from this incompetent contractor company

North Arundel Contracting came through when we needed them most! Their knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed and unbelievable. I want to especially thank Rob Hessel for all of help with the claims adjuster. This company knocked it out of the park of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Initally I thought NAC was going to be there for me, and not railroad me thru billing. I was wrong. As a result of the hurricane in November 2012, they have called my insurance company behind my back, made claims they did work in my residence that did not occur and proceeded to lie to me about continued discussions with my insurnance company. Public beware.

In the past, as a result of sewer overflow our community contracted services to remediate the damage. The contractors removed damaged drywall, dried the affected areas, repaired the drywall and repainted. In short, the restored the areas to pre-incident condition. Recently North Arundel was called to inspect some damage to the ceiling in a common area of our community. They cut out a chunk of drywall, identified a leaking pipe at the bathtub and then left. A plumber had to be called to repair the leak, which he said was non-existent at the point identified.However, he did show us signs of obvious mold and even the drywall tape was peeling from the ceiling roughly six feet from the hole North Arundel had cut. It wasn't a bathtub but a vent pipe. Evidently the roof had been leaking at the vent penetration which had already been reapired. Then another contractor had to be called to repair the damage North Arundel caused in the ceiling meanwhile the actual mold still exists. Nothing like the level of service we had received from the previous experience. The North Arundel representative was sooooo close to the affected area it could have bit him but he din't even remove the actual mold

Seriously, a thousand dollars to cut a hole in the wrong place in the ceiling and sweep up the mess ? There were no environmental barriers established to contain potential contamination but they did bring their own trash bag. Way to go North Arundel. It was bad enough we had to pay to have their work completed but they could have at least saved us the plumber fee by not pointing to a non-existing leak.

If you have a choice don't ever use this company! Unfortunately we did not have a choice because they are contracted with our home owners association. Every person we spoke with in this company was full of lie after lie. Not to mention the work they did do was terrible and will have to be redone by someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares about their customers and customer service. Would give zero stars if I could... stay away!!
