Good experience. The company was able to send a technician out to the site to determine the problem. Michael was great. He explained everything thoroughly. They were also able to schedule a rather complicated job and have it completed the following day.

I had to replace my water heating system and got quotes from several vendors, including some big companies as well as local businesses. Leonard provided a transparent, upfront quote that was also significantly cheaper than any of the other big vendors. The installation went smoothly, they were on time, and finished in two hours. It was a job well done and completed. What more can I ask? I'll definitely be hiring them again.

After replacing a broken water heater in one unit (at a much lower price than Home Depot's service!) He investigated the cause of the problem and went the extra step. After pointing out the problem to me clearly, he immediately fixed it, saving me thousands of dollars in the future.

Jake and the boys are AMAZING! They are highly professional and well-informed. As a property manager, I manage a variety of properties. Marc did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. Marc was an absolute expert. He even gave us tips on simple maintenance we could do ourselves in case anything jammed or malfunctioned. He checked that our sink pipes were in good shape and was very thorough.

Daryl, RJ and their team are happy with Starbucks' customer service. Not sure about other members of this organization. It is safe to assume the others are also. They actually probed the lines while showing me real footage. After they did their due diligence, the two men took the opportunity to explain what the problem was and how they would correct it.

I needed help in purchasing a Toto concealed tank wall mounted toilet. Teri was the representative in the showroom who helped me. She was great. She was fast, knowledgeable, cheerful and responsive. If I could, I'd give her more than 5 stars. Teri is the best person to go to if you need any help with plumbing orders. Denis

My dads old shower handle leaked but was hard to reach. After quoting me a high price to remove tile in order to get to the cartridge, the technician offered the option of replacing the valve instead. After 20 minutes, the job was complete with no leaks. The handle is now easier to use for my dad, who has a hard time with the shower handle. Charles worked efficiently and was pleasant to chat with.
