I have been impressed with the entire Trinity team. From sales to install. They really pay attention to the little things too. They had to cut a small hole in our wall, they sent a contractor to fix it (even though we're remodeling next year anyway) they reseeded the yard where they had to trench. They could have just left us to fix that. Some companies would. The entire team was both professional and friendly and we're just really pleased.

Trinity Solar did a excellent job with my solar insulation! And the crew even worked in the rain to make shure my insulation was done on time. Excellent experience all around.

We've been so happy with our decision to "go solar". We were so impressed with Ryan's knowledge and professionalism. He had answers to all our questions and hesitations. Trinity is a stand-up company and aligns with our values as well, which is just an extra perk. Since making the switch, we've cut our bill by at least $125 (30-40%) each month. It was a no brainer, and I would recommend anyone in Maryland to contact Ryan to get a home evaluation too.

Love this company and their professional staff. We had the best experience getting our solar panels and my bill was $66 just last month LOL! Tom Hafer is now apart of my Facebook family. :-)

Trying to get service on my solar system that recently cut production. I can't seem to get through to anyone to create a service request and constantly get referred to some voicemail. They installed a system that has a fault and it feels like they corporation is avoiding service.

Our new Solar system is excellent! The whole Trinity Team was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Installation was a breeze.

I requested an at home solar consultation via their scheduling feature on their website. They no showed. They sent a follow up email about the appointment, I told them their guy no showed. They never responded to that email. They have since called me 17 times in 14 days leaving generic messages about my interest in solar. Not a single one has been about the failed appointment. I have sent them several texts telling them to stop calling me and blocking their number. They just have a new staff member leave a generic message. I will never pursue a contract with this company, period. Take from this review what you will about their level of professionalism, accountability, and organization.

Driver of Truck number LF065 was very disrespectful and rude to me

We have been working with ITA for years. Great company, responsive staff and an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Driver of one of their vans caused a pointlessly dangerous situation on the 495 express lanes as it merges down.
He exited from the express lane into the merge but then instead of merging properly they almost plowed into me trying to get all the way across to the far left lane just to immediately have to merge back to the right as that lane had already ended. They almost hit several vehicles for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional.

Eli and Max were great, worked fast and easy to communicate with. Would use again for future work

I Had a few thinks that needed attention. They were looked at with out hesitation. The men were polite and went straight to work. I was like a little kid after a couple items were fixed. Izzy and Eli were concentrating on work . The work done was a nice start.
