I work for a local supply store and have not been able to get a hold of anyone since October of 2025 from an order that was placed in September of 2024. I have emailed, called, and left voicemails with no response which has left me and my customer in the dark with no answers or avenues to fix the situation.

They are a far cry from who they were before they became PwrQ.

Need to work on comuncation skills . And remember to look at it threw the other person eyes. Sometimes we over act or in this case do nothing.

Jovan was an amazing tech who treated me well and wasn't in my face about my lack of knowledge in the electrical field. (Like many other electrician contractors I know) He reconnected a pole light thats been offline for nearly a decade in 6 short hours. Amazing work!
