Had a couple of faucets to replace and a toilet issue that ended up having to be replaced. Calling to get an appointment was quick and i was able to get someone to come very soon. I worked with Vince for this project and I am very satisfied with the work in general and the diagnosis of the toilet issues... while it ended up being a bigger project, the job was executed smoothly and promptly. Vince was very professional and friendly while being efficient and communicative with me at all times. Will recommend their services. Thank you!

Mr Vince is very knowledgeable in this area. He explained the plumbing issue and what was needed for correction. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if the need arises in the future!

Vince came out last second and assessed that we needed to get our drain snaked after seeing that the shower and toilet were not draining. Took a second because of the time, but we got the clog fixed!

I had a water leak from my shower. The plumber assessed the issue and quickly identify the source. He found two leaks and took care of everything on the spot. He was professional and had great customer service. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

I used Brown's Plumbing & Drain on several occasions. My 1st encounter was a water leak from my furnace, then to replace water source to my washer machine and my garbage disposal needed replacing.
Mr. Brown was professional, on time, communicated well and explained everything he was doing and why. He was also is very tidy, he cleaned the entire area where he worked. Might I add, reasonable.
If you ever need plumbing work, please use Brown's Plumbing & Drain service, I highly recommend them.

I hired this company in February to fix a leak and initially believed the job had been completed properly. Unfortunately, the leak returned. When I called to ask them to either (A) diagnose a new issue or (B) fix the original problem, I was met with hours of runaround. Eventually, a new staff member called and was extremely rude. I followed up with the owner to discuss my concerns, but they refused to come out and check their work. Sadly, my experience did not reflect the positive reviews I had read. I would not recommend this company based on how my issue was handled.
