I appreciate the thorough work received by Brown’s Plumbing & Drain. Brown’s was able to repair my hot water issue after it being out for a few days. I would recommend to others and request there services again.

Outstanding and professional service by Mr. Vincent. I needed my bathroom sink drain unclogged and I was able to get same day service! Mr. Vincent arrived on time and did a great job of problem solving and resolving my issue. I highly recommend this company! 5 stars!

I am completely satisfied with the outstanding service. The company is near me and said they had someone available for my kitchen sink problem. Vincent arrived within the hour! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We checked to ensure the dishwasher drain no issues, either. Vincent was fast, efficient, clean and thorough. I could not have had a better experience.

REALLY NO STARS!!!! I had a terrible experience with Browns Plumbing and Drain. The plumber, Vincent, was unhelpful and did not seem interested in solving the issue. What made the situation even worse was he was sent to resolve a plumbing issue and squeeze that huge machine within my sliding doors which now I have to pay to get fixed. Reported to the supervisor Theresa, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of my concerns. While making the complaint, she asked me to hold on in mid conversation and she included the Vincent on the 3 way call..... in so many ways that was unprofessional. This all happened on November 9 and stated she would call me back after viewing Vincent pics and didn't bother to want my pics nor video to view. Today, November 17, I had to call back and follow up and Theresa once again brushed the situation off. When I asked for the owner’s name so I could file a formal complaint, she refused to provide it and acted as if my request was a problem instead of a reasonable question.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Browns Plumbing and Drain to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that respects its customers and takes accountability for the people they send into your home. Since you dont have time to hear me out..... I will continue to share my experience on every social media network, BBB, since Theresa last words to me before hanging up on me was "DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO"
