Spadaro performed a faucet cartridge repair in my home as well as insisted on replacing the water shut off valves for my unit. The second team they sent to complete the work informed me that the first guy should have done a little more to make sure the work was done properly. I live in a condo building and my property manager suggested using this company. The work I needed them to do was $270. They insisted on replacing my valves in my unit at an additional cost of $450. When the second team of plumbers came to my unit, they discovered an additional pipe that feeds my unit and the valves that Spadaro replaced still don't shut the water to my unit off. I communicated with Jason that I've paid for valves that still function like my original valves and asked if Spadaro was going to issue a refund and he won't. This is a poor way to run a business.

I called JP Spadaro after I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom and another plumbing company said I needed to spend $800 on fully rebuilding a toilet. Brad from JP Spadoro showed up and fixed the issue within 30 minutes at a much lower cost. He was very quick and had a no BS approach unlike the other company’s plumber who was a fast talker and clearly tried to mislead me on what needed to be done. I really appreciated Brad’s work ethic and professionalism and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone that needs plumbing services in the area.

Spadaro sent over Kenny - a 4th generation member of the Spadero family - to install a new dishwasher and cap off an old refrigerator waterline.

Kenny was professional and efficient. As he worked, he listened to descriptions of my other projects and pointed out what I could easily do on my own and which projects would require a plumber.

Spadaro is the best, and has been so for 25+ years we been using them. Would not consider another plumber. We completed 4 renovations using them, and never been disappointed by the service.

First time was great-hence 2 stars. Second time I called to tell them I had a problem with my jacuzzi tub that was not the drain. Not until after they sent people to do the work and diagnose the problem did they tell me they don’t work on jacuzzi tubs. I was still charged. I found the team dishonest and not transparent.

Great experience. I just had my stop valve replaced on my toilet. Very good and fast service. The price was very reasonable. I initially had Roto-Rooter plumbing diagnose my issue but they wanted to charge more than 3-times what Sparado charged. Glad I found these guys!

Very thankful for quick and responsive service. Technician came out quickly based on a referral from a neighbor and fixed our water heater pressure relief valve. Technician was patient and got to the problem right away in a quick and cost-efficient manner.
