NLT Construction / Dave Cedrone did an excellent job installing a new bathroom, from scratch in my finished basement including plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall and painting. I highly recommend Dave and would easily hire him again for any home improvement work I have in the future.

As this was my first major home improvement project, I started out asking friends for recommendations of contractors they have used in the past. Dave was the only one recommended without them mentioning any drawbacks. He certainly lived up to that reputation on my project.

When I first met with Dave to discuss my project I told him I needed a reliable contractor who wouldn’t nickel and dime me with extras as the project went on and who would work non-stop on the project once they started. Dave, his crew and recommended contractors did exactly that, showing up on time each and every day until the project was completed on schedule and on budget.

I was initially concerned about Dave’s model of charging just for labor and materials while I contracted directly with the subcontractors. But, Dave’s recommended contractors were excellent and he scheduled and managed their work and, also, delivery of building supplies. He even arranged for me to get replacement parts for two items from the plumbing supplier that were defective (from the manufacturer, not Dave) when delivered. Dave coordinated every step of the project from the signing of the contract until its completion. I now see Dave’s model as a benefit for its transparent pricing and the better contact I had with the subcontractors.

Throughout the project communication with Dave was outstanding. He responded very quickly to texts or emails. He checked on the job most every day and I often spoke with him then, too. Both Dave and his crew were friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. This all added to my confidence that they would (and did) reliably complete the project as I wanted.

My wife and I recently hired Dave and his company, NTL, to address termite damage and to install a new door. The experience was excellent from start to finish.

Before any work began, NLT was brought in to inspect a wall concern we had noticed above our existing windows. A thorough home inspection revealed the termite damage we suspected.

NTL’s crew handled the installation and repair work with skill and efficiency. The sliding door was installed with precision and speed. It operates smoothly, seals tightly, and looks fantastic. The crew also carefully removed the compromised sill and header plate, replacing them with solid materials and reinforcing the structure.

The team made sure the repair was complete and lasting. Their workmanship restored the integrity of the wall and gave me confidence in the durability of the fix. Their attention to detail was exhibited throughout this entire project.

The NTL crew was punctual, respectful of the space, and kept the work area clean. They explained the inspection findings and repair process clearly, so I understood exactly what was being done and why.

NLT Construction, owned by Dave Cedrone, just completed a bathroom renovation in my house. The process was seamless from start to finish. I had NLT's Dave Cedrone and his team redo my kitchen and part of our front/living room last Aug-Sept. The remodel included, new hardwood floors throughout the entire floor the kitchen is on, custom built cabinets from Glen, Dave's cabinet maker contact, and a relocation of some windows and an exterior patio door.

Dave's crew did such an amazing job and we got exactly what we wanted. Once they started the project they worked straight through until they were completed, which took about 3 weeks. They also stayed right on budget. We never had any problems with his crew or the worksmanship and after almost 6 months in our kitchen I can attest that the quality of their work has held up very well. I've worked with other companies for remodels in the past and Dave and his team were by far the easiest to work with and like I said, had zero issues with. I highly recommend them for any remodling project. We love our new kitchen Dave, thanks again to you and your team for such a great job.

Omg this place was heaven sent. There’s not words I can explain how I feel it’s so grateful.They did other work for my mom was excellent. But today they came though for her helped her with her hot water heater. He said I can’t let you ( my mom )be in house with no hot water. They came within an hour. And the price perfect. Had a Unico AC system replaced for a VERY reasonable price (Almost a thousand dollars less than other estimates). The workers were very knowledgeable, professional and friendl, not to mention they cleaned up after themselves, I did not see any dust and he still went around with a dustbuster just to make sure everything was spick and span) When an unexpected error came up with the thermostat they replaced it for free, they did not even make me ask! I was very impressed with their work, they were prepared to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Not to mention they said they would be here at 9 and them came at 9 right on the dot! That is something you can never overlook! Great job and thank you!

Installed my 90% HE Utica boiler. Bar none, best price and I shopped around extensively. The HVAC technicians were very nice and skilled and returned my home in the condition they found it. Mr. Flanagan Sr. and Jr. are very customer oriented. Also provided an estimate for ductless A/C and mini splits.

Flanagan is a good plumber. They even did the last work at my business Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation at 7527 Harford Rd without charging me. The plumbers are friendly and do quality work. I highly recommend.
