Metro Landscape and Construction just finished our project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results, which is very unusual with home improvement projects. Over the last 5 years, we received many estimates for our front yard and porch step, but they all felt very “cookie cutter”…the same designs and materials you see everywhere. No focal point, nothing innovative or different than the house next door. We were so tired of looking we were about to give up again, but we happened to stumble upon Metro Landscape and Construction when we found them listed as a dealer for a paver I don’t even remember any more. We started working with them shortly after, and as soon as I saw one of the first design ideas, I knew Fred was going to make this happen. Almost immediately he understood what I was looking for. and with all the patience in the world, he tweaked the design until we were 100% happy, worked with us guiding us through the process, made color and material suggestions and supported us with the HOA application process. When we were ready to start, Gabe (the project manager) entered the picture and he also knew what we wanted even though we never met him before. He did a great job keeping us informed, asking the right questions, ensuring the people doing the work knew what was expected and on occasion, answering questions after hours. Omar and Elmer were at our house for over two weeks, always on time, working non-stop, enduring the elements and with such close attention to detail, that sometimes I would watch in awe wondering how they were able to measure, move and cut the stone with such precision. Metro Landscape exceeded our expectations! We didn’t think companies like that existed anymore…it was such a relief to see a home improvement project completed on time, on budget, without surprises and looking even better than what we imagined. Thank you so much for doing such a great job! Can’t wait to work with you guys again.
