We had a water leak in the hot water line which, unfortunately, was happening behind the walls and floors. Although I’m pretty handy myself, the urgent nature of the leak and need to get back up and running again meant I should hire a solid plumber. Heil came with great reviews and, although I forgot, we used them some time ago for an unrelated repair (and they did a great job for that too). Anyway, the professional plumber Erik Young came, and systematically and methodically detected and identified where the leak was coming from with as little cutting into the drywall as possible. He replace a 6 foot run in the line, tested it, and confirmed it was fixed. Great job Erik and thanks for being conscientious about minimizing the mess and being super professional. I would recommend Heil to anyone looking for solid plumbing professionals! 5 out of 5!

Jake was prompt, polite, and friendly, seemed knowledgeable, explained everything to me, did the work in a reasonable time, and left the area where he worked neat and clean. What more could you ask? I'm happy with the service. The price for the garbage disposal installation seemed a bit high in comparison to estimates I found online, but I know Heil is a solid local company that will stand by their work if I have problems in the future. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and would recommend Heil Plumbing.

I can’t say enough good things about Heil Plumbing and everyone I interacted with, from Rosie the AI phone receptionist, Ashley in the office, to John and his job site crew.
We had a basement toilet that started to back up. After Heil assessed the issue they had their scoping crew come out as they were concerned that the sewer line had an obstruction. We did.
Ultimately they had to replace the entire sewer line from the basement to the city connection. They were able to schedule up quickly and had the entire job completed in 2 days. John kept the job site, including inside our home, clean and organized. They covered things in the basement to kept concrete dust from the jackhammering from getting on it and they had drop cloths to cover the hardwoods and stairway carpeting as well.
While it isn’t a “fun” project the made it so it wasn’t stressful.
Heil’s number is now in my phone contacts in case we ever have another plumbing issue to take of.
