We had our toilet clog on the weekend, and Roto-Rooter was able to send out a technician to respond less than 24 hours after the request. Larry was quick, efficient and very friendly. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in the Baltimore area with any plumbing needs!

Excellent and speedy! Had a leak from my tub onto the next floor. Within an hour of calling, someone was at my door and an hour later the problem was fixed. The plumber Chal was very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

The two guys that came to help me were beyond helpful with my drain line. After a hard battle with my clogged galvanized drain line, they gave me some tips to prepare for the future health of my system. Definitely some diligent pros!

I believe the techs name was Chal! I left the paperwork downstairs.
He was wonderful! Professional, explaining things to me so I would know what to look for in my older house regarding clogs.
He fixed my leak and added all new piping so that it’s up to the current code.
Root Rotor has never left me down where others have.

Well, considering it was a holiday weekend, I was concerned but happy that Roto Rooter came to my rescue. I cannot believe how big they have become. It was a pleasure dealing with one company for each stage of the process rather than having to find other contractors for different things. I called them because water was coming up in my toilet and tub as well as a pipe in the basement busting. After Roto Rooter discovered that the old cast iron pipe outside had collapsed, they arranged having the problem tree cut down, put in new PVC pipe from the house to the street, replaced the cast iron pipes in the basement with PVC pipe, installed a pump and provided a cleaning and sanitizing service. I am impressed and happy! Thank you Roto Rooter! I would definitely call them again!

I live in Ellicott City and one of our main pipes was clogged. They were able to come over within 12 hours of requesting service. Delroy and Kierra arrived and started working on the issue promptly. It only took them about an hour and $900 but everything seems to be unclogged and working. We ended up purchasing the "treatment" which is a liquid they dumped down the drain to prevent future clogging and grease from sticking to the pipes (less abrasive than draino). It cost about $93.

They replaced my hose bib last fall and we were finally using it for the first time this season. When I called it was still under warranty and they were able to send Dal (5452) out within 2 hours of me calling. He did a great job assessing the issue and getting the replacement installed.
Update: They incorrectly installed the replacement and it burst within a year, soaking my basement corner when we turned it back on a year later. And they still charged me hundreds even after their field supervisor and plumber both acknowledged the problem. Their manager refuses to return my calls. I'm never going back to them.
And their call center is almost always rude.

Had a GREAT experience using roto rooter! The tech Dal- 5452 was amazing!!! He came to service my home in a very quick and timely manner. He provided excellent customer service for my home! My plumbing services was in the best hands! Use them you will not be disappointed and you won’t need to keep calling them back after the service.

Roto-Rooter was fantastic! They were able to get someone out to check in my kitchen sink the very next day, on Saturday. Dal was awesome! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. He got everything fixed in under two hours! Great service!
