Delroy and Earl fixed my toilet issues very fast. They knew right away what the issue was and now everything is fixed. They were very neat and tidy as well. I will definitely be calling again for any plumbing issues.

Jeff and Nate took great care of me today when I needed my toilet serviced. They even pointed out another issue I may have down the line if I don’t get on it quickly. They were patient and very knowledgeable. Super smooth and quick service to mitigate an issue I’ve had for months.

Outstanding. Field Trainer Delroy and trainee Howard were very professional and courteous. Also, they were able to use different ways to communicate with me. We texted and used the Otter speech to text app. The job was done quickly in 20m or less. Would work with them again.

I’m an avid DIY homeowner, sometimes there are limits though — a sewer backup is one. This was one. Roto Rooter was prompt in response and communications until the tech came. The tech earned every dollar for this, working through a few challenges along the way.

I was really frustrated with the lack of follow-through from Roto-Rooter. I had to reach out multiple times just to get someone to acknowledge my complaint. A technician was scheduled to return and assess the damage, but they never showed up—no call, no explanation. It was a clear lack of professionalism. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: no matter how routine the job seems, always inspect everything before the technician leaves.

Jarrett McMillion Along with Delroy ,William and other guys was amazing . Had to get my kitchen faucet replaced. Delroy took care of that .water underneath cabinets and flooring was took up /Removed . Dehumidifier and blower was put in place to dry the floor . communication was great. So far so good still more with the process

Main house drain to the city sewer was clogged. Plumber was able to clear all 60 feet of the pipe. All house drains are now running fine.

Very happy with the service. They got out here very quickly, fixed the problem efficiently and professionally, and helpfully answered my questions. Was extremely careful about handling the old building pipes. Did not make a mess and was respectful of my home. Estimate was fair and final price was on target. Will use Roto Rooter again — the rep I had was Tian, who I highly recommend.

Bad. Called about my sink. Told them it was an undermount. They offered assistance, said someone would come the next day, only to get me on the phone the next day and tell me they dont undermounts. Completely wasted my time. I could have went elsewhere. Theh should have said that the first time. And the only thing they could say was they are sorry. They earned this one star

Josh came by late Sunday night to fix an emergency toilet issue. I highly recommend Josh and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues! He was very professional, came quickly, was friendly and fixed everything in a timely manner
