John and his crew were Excellant, they did Excellant work , shared what they were doing with me the homeowner which I appreciated as this was one of the most expensive house repairs we have had to make. They took extra effort took not make a mess inside our house.
As a follow up we had an issue the day after completion , Heil sent folks out and resolved it immediately for us. Another example of Excellant customer service and backing up of their work !

We called Heil Plumbing with a pretty urgent matter and they were able to come out so quick, which was amazing. Damontae did great work and we will be hiring them again for any future plumbing needs. The only thing I didnt like was their AI answering service, which almost made me not go with the business, but just ask for a human and you will get one, so that was good.

Jeff, arrived a little earlier than expected and despite that he waited for a bit. Once I arrived he immediately diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely utilize their services and request him. I highly recommend them.

We really appreciated our experience with Heil in general, and with Otto and his team of workers specifically. The estimator was thorough and easy to work with. He took a lot of time to check out the possible problems with our water service in order to give us an accurate estimate. Otto and his team were professional, friendly, respectful of our property, and provided clear communication throughout the project. We will definitely call on Heil for future projects.

Erik Young did a fantastic job fixing both toilets that failed during the January snowstorm! We were desperate when he arrived right on time, was friendly and reassuring, explained carefully what he proposed to do. He was thorough in ruling out possible serious difficulties before snaking out the toilets and getting them to work properly. The cost for such timely and expert work was very reasonable. We are very grateful and hope to use Erik for any future plumbing issues.

Damontae was prompt, arriving near the beginning of the 4-hour scheduling window I was quoted earlier that morning when I called for service. I was texted when he was on his way. He wore shoe coverings in my home. He quickly diagnosed the source of my toilet inlet leak, and replaced the defective service inlet and shutoff valve with a more modern quarter-turn shutoff. The price of $411 that he quoted me seems high given he was here less than an hour. Overall, I was pleased with the job, and I have been pleased in the past whenever I've used Heil Plumbing.

Charlie and his team were absolutely amazing! The entire experience with Heil was awesome! Very friendly, kept everything clean and professional! They ran a new water line to the house and had to dig up the yard. When they were done it looked like nothing even happened. Reworked the piping to make it look better and out of the way as well.
I’ll be calling Heil from now on!

Will was the technician. He was great and quickly made the repair. I thought the price was very reasonable and was very happy with the service. I also liked the fact that they put on booties before walking around in my house. I have used Heil plumbing and Heating before and will again. They respond quickly and go to the endth degree to make sure the job is done correctly. Also thanks to Eddie for his immediate assistance.

Franklin and Collin arrived first thing in the morning and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful (even at times offering additional information to help me on my first time home owner journey). They kept a great attitude despite having to perform some of the repair work outside in the snow/ice in 15 degree weather. I would definitely go back to Heil in the future for any plumbing issues

Called Heil plumbing needing immediate service, and they sent someone out on the same day. The technicians were really professional and did the work quickly. They explained everything before they got started and were very respectful of our property. Reasonably priced plumbing and excellent customer service.

Excellent work as usual. I won’t use any other plumber besides Heil. This time they tackled my long put off ‘honey-do’ list. Replaced a few faucets, an outdoor spigot and installed an under the sink ro system.

We continue to be exceptionally happy with Heil Plumbing & HVAC. Erik and his colleagues have delivered excellent service multiple times, most recently to include responding to an emergency leak and upgrading all of our very old, problematic pipes. All jobs have always been performed with expert precision and care. Years ago, the team helped us diagnose a problem that had stumped multiple other plumbers, saving us a lot of money and worry. We are so glad to be Heil customers, 10/10 recommend!

After what started out to be a terrible morning waking to a main line back up and numerous calls to local plumbers for help with nothing more but pure BS and prices to say ‘got you where we want you’ I then remembered the Heil Plumbing company who I used many years ago on a water line leak to the house on New Years day. The response & repair by them to that issue then was no different than the help that I received yesterday. 5 stars! Caring 4 my wife who is recovering from a stroke, Allison could not have been any more pleasant and compassionate with finding a way to get a tech to my home asap without having to wait over the weekend. A few hours later Robert showed up and informed me that I had indeed cleared the line and after a brief discussion, said lets find the cause of the problem. Within an hour Jake then showed up with camera and equipment in hand and the culprit was discovered. I will now take his findings to WSSC to see who is responsible for the repair needed if any. Yesterday's experience was truly wonderful in knowing there are still people who care more about others than making a buck when having an emergency. You are blessed to have these three individuals working for your company! When needing a plumber, it’s your call but know that contacting Heil will be the best experience ever without the nonsense from others. Our best to you and your families for a wonderful Christmas holiday and will be back in touch for this issue and any other plumbing needs. Our water pipe busted in the winter and Chad responded quickly shut off the pipes then changed them out. Very professional and did a great job explaining everything that was wrong and what he was going to do to replace the pipes. He showed us pictures of the before and after his work. We were very impressed with Chad and the company.

Heil, and Franklin Galdamez specifically, are awesome. We had a problem with our hot water tank and weren’t happy at all with our old plumber. Heil had a great reputation so I called them up and that reputation is deserved. They quoted me a time for that same day and wound up showing up an hour early. Franklin walked me through every scenario, laid out options and told me everything he was doing as he did it. Price was what I had expected - and cheaper than what our old plumber quoted us. Just a solid experience and I know who I’m calling if we have another issue.
