Company charged me $606 for a garbage disposal replacement. The badger 5 cost $114 ! This is grossly overpriced for a 30 minute job. I contacted the owner, he refunded me $60. He said his overhead contributed to the cost although he claims to be a small business owner. Further I contacted 3 other local plumbing companies, they quoted me $306, $359, and $399. Simply unacceptable! Beware. Please get 3 quotes before using this company. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Customer service is excellent. I found water in my basement and Five Star Plumbing responded immediately. They had difficulty finding a part that was needed due to supply chain issues. They didn't give up until they procured the needed part and problem was solved. I would recommend Five Star and will use them in the future.
