malik, gerald, and diego performed their duties admirably. Even though i was initially skeptical about the air duct cleaning, they made a second trip to my Joppatowne home to reassure me. They reopened the air duct system for a recheck and took pictures, which they generously shared with me, easing my worries. This was our second time using this air duct cleaning service. We called them before and were very happy with the results. Recently, we had some mold issues in our basement and wanted to make sure our air ducts were clean and free from any spores. Titans Air Duct Cleaning was quick to respond and arrived right on time. The quoting process was fast, and I received the proposal the same day. The cleaning service was smooth and efficient. Norman explained every step as they cleaned all 6 units in our condominium building, and the team worked quickly to clear out the laundry ducts in just a few hours. The price was very reasonable.

Gerald and his team were true professionals! They showed up right on time and really knew how to handle the air duct cleaning. They took their time, made sure everything was done properly, and didn’t rush through the work. Everyone was polite, paid attention to detail, and left the place nice and tidy after finishing. After our dryer kept overheating a couple of times, we decided it was time to get our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. We called for a professional air duct cleaning, and Diego came out quickly the next evening. He did a very thorough job—he cleaned the entire dryer vent, replaced the hose, vacuumed out the lint area inside the dryer, and even put in new exterior vent flaps. Diego also checked the vent hose down in the crawlspace to make sure everything was secure. When the work was finished, he made sure the laundry room was spotless and even cleaned up all the lint outside where the vent comes out. Diego was polite, knew what he was doing, and the pricing was very reasonable. We are really happy with the service and will definitely call them again for air duct cleaning or any similar needs.

Excellent service! I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Diego let me know he could arrive within the hour, so we didn’t have to wait through the weekend. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to. I was surprised by the amount of dust and lint that had built up in our vents—it’s a relief to have it all cleared out. No wonder our dryer wasn’t working properly before. Diego did a thorough job and made sure to clean up everything afterward. He was very respectful of our home and showed great work ethic. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others in Joppatowne!

My wife, our two young kids, and I were having a lot of allergy and breathing problems after moving into our home. We decided to get a full air duct and HVAC cleaning done. Gerald and his team came out and cleaned the entire system for us. Ever since the service, all of our allergy and respiratory issues have gone away. I highly recommend getting your air ducts cleaned if you want a healthier home environment. It’s really good to know that a thorough cleaning can make such a big difference in your family’s health.

If Brian & Tony don’t work here then there are people using this business name.

While the technician onsite did a solid job, the overall experience was disorganized and lacked clear communication. There was no single point of contact, which made it difficult to get consistent information. The technician called me but didn’t seem aware of the conversation I had already had with the company. Once he arrived, I received multiple calls and texts from different people—eventually getting a message from what seemed to be a crew manager quoting over $1,100 due to “mold and mildew.” When I asked for proof, that information was redacted.

There was no transparent or upfront pricing at any stage of the process. I ended up being charged triple what I was originally expecting, with no clear explanation of what constituted a “basic” versus “comprehensive” cleaning.

To make matters worse, while I was at work in meetings, I received back-to-back calls from unfamiliar numbers. When I finally answered, it was someone new—with screaming children in the background—asking for payment before I’d even had a chance to review the photos.

Due to the confusion and lack of clarity, I sent the $150 that was originally discussed. I can’t say the work wasn’t done, but the process left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism and transparency. When I got home to make sure nothing was out of order, I sent the remaining amount but I received around 6 calls and texts asking for payment while commuting home. This felt very weird.
