The team did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and disinfecting the entire system. They were professional, polite, and arrived right on time. I would highly recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone who needs it. I plan to tell all my neighbors and family about this company. This air duct cleaning company was fantastic—really helpful and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We had some mold growing in our vents, and they quickly found the problem. Norman took care of the worst spots by replacing them with new vents, and cleaned the rest thoroughly. They also noticed that some of our vents were the wrong size, which was making it hard to keep certain rooms cool. After switching to the right size vents, our cooling works much better now. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they finished, and the team was a pleasure to have in our home.

After moving into our older home, we noticed pet odors and found that the air vents were quite dirty. We decided to get our air ducts cleaned to help remove pet dander and improve the air quality. The team did a great job, showing us before and after photos so we could see how much cleaner the ducts were. I hadn’t thought about air duct cleaning before, but now I plan to schedule it regularly. Malik and Gerald, who did the cleaning, were very polite and took great care with our home. I highly recommend this service!

I was referred by a friend to try out this company in Joppatowne for regular air duct cleaning. When Diego and his team arrived, they inspected my ducts and found water damage that needed to be addressed. Diego gave me helpful suggestions and we decided on the best solution together. We also talked about possibly replacing my heat pump, and Diego provided two different estimates—both were more affordable compared to others I had received. Plus, he offered a payment plan that made it easy for me to move forward with the work right away, which was a big relief during a busy time in my life. The crew handled the duct cleaning and heat pump replacement quickly and professionally, and everyone was friendly and respectful throughout the process. I’m very satisfied and plan to use their air duct services again. I highly recommend them to anyone in Joppatowne who needs help with their indoor air quality!

I had a great experience with air duct cleaning in Joppatowne. The technicians, Diego and Norman, were friendly and really knew what they were doing. They handled my ductwork easily, even in some tricky areas. Diego also took the time to point out a few things he noticed in the basement that could help me avoid problems in the future. I am truly impressed by the service I received from Titans Air Duct Cleaning. From start to finish, the team was professional and really knew what they were doing when it came to cleaning my air ducts and vents. Malik and Norman worked efficiently, and I could immediately see and smell the difference in my home. Since the previous owner was a smoker, I wanted to make sure the air in my house was clean, and it was definitely worth it. I was shown clear before and after photos and videos of the ductwork, which made me feel confident in the results. All my questions were answered patiently. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a home service. Five stars just isn’t enough!

I strongly recommend using this air duct cleaning service. This was my second time having all the ducts cleaned in my home, but the first time with this company. I chose them after hearing several recommendations from people in the service industry who said they’re the best around. From the very first phone call, Malik explained the entire process in detail, and made sure to go over everything again before starting the work. The team was careful to protect my home, and after they finished, they left everything spotless. Compared to my previous experience with another air duct cleaning company, I noticed some real differences that put this team ahead. Malik took the time to walk me through each step and made sure I understood what was being done. He even showed me before and after photos from inside my vents, which was really helpful. Even though there are a lot of vents in the house and it takes time to get everything cleaned properly, Malik worked efficiently and didn’t rush. The equipment they used was top-notch – I could really tell the difference. The price was very fair, similar to what I paid before, but the quality of service was outstanding. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience!
