I had a great experience with this company. I needed a second opinion on an estimate that I got from another company. The owner picked up the phone and was very generous with his time. He checked with his technician. Instead of trying to chase the business, he confirmed that it was a decent estimate and suggested that I go with the original provider, who has more experience with our make and model. I got the impression that this is a hard-working local company with honest and good people running it. They will be first on my list next time we need an appliance repair.

I've been trying to get my washer serviced for weeks but this was the only company that could come out and figure out what was going on. They were honest and professional Unlike the 2 other companies that came out and I really enjoyed their service and courtesy in my home! 10 out of 10 over the huge companies 2 of which tried to come out and fix and could not fix my machine, thank you!!

Had some problems with the dishwasher and they were able to come out and diagnose it and get it working in under an hour! Unfortunately some parts were busted beyond repair and it had to be replaced but the patch job got us through the holidays and the process for getting and installing a new unit could not have been easier

I had to replace the control board for my old Thermidor oven. Very few places still work on them, but fortunately Bettar has an excellent repair person who arrived promptly and installed the replacement control board with no issues. They were a pleasure to work with.
