Window Genie put Christmas lights on our house this year and hopefully for years to
Come- they look amazing. They were responsive, professional and willing to work with us. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Excellent company and so glad we found Window Genie! Two thumbs up and a high five!

The windows were cleaned. Dirty screens stayed dirty. No screens cleaned. Furniture that was moved not carefully put back. Lights left on all over the house. And the price was higher than I remembered.

The team used care, pride, and professionalism in their work. They had a very difficult project, as the windows are very old and difficult to open, so they had to spend a lot more time than they had originally expected….but they did what it took. They carefully added the screens where they could, and made my house sparkle. Best money I’ve spent!

Quick and careful service. Really tidy. The workman Anibel was super. My plant windows were a bit hard to reach but he had no problem washing them.

The staff at Window Genie were courteous, helpful, and extremely accommodating. We scheduled with short notice to get our house ready to put of the market. Window Genie did everything they could to keep us on schedule and even came out in the rain to wash our windows and sills so we could maintain our opening day. I would highly recommend this company. We used Window Genie to clean our windows. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and did the job. 2 days later we had intense wind and one of the screens blew off, and Window Genie stopped by the day after I notified them and put it back securely.

Very professional. Pleasant to work with. On time and transparent.

UPDATE: After my email the manager call me to schedule another intervention to fix the problems. I hope this will work and I appreciate the quick answer

In case this will help someone. I took the service of Window Genie also because the reviews were good.
I had a team cleaning my windows yesterday and this is the review I sent them today:
The results are far from what we were expecting.
I am not at all convinced of your method of cleaning the windows outside leaving the water to dry out, your colleagues assured there will not be spots after the water dries and as you can see in the pictures, there are spots all over.
I asked on the phone previous to the service if you had the material, ladders etc to clean my windows as they are placed high and on the phone you answered yes, but at the end the idea is cleaning the outside with water propulsion and not drying it. Also for the inside your team was not well equipped to clean one of the high windows and I was all the time scared they would get hurt. They used a ladder they said was for the work outside and it ended up dirtying the wall, which the team tried to clean but I had to do at the end.
Sincerely for the price you are asking, and that I never questioned as I thought it will be worth it, this is the result of a non professional.
I am really very disappointed and obviously will never use your services again.

Excellent customer service. We were looking for a new company to make our siding look new. We called a few competitors based on neighbor's recommendations and were disappointed by the high estimates. I contacted Window Genie based on the excellent Yelp reviews. They responded right away and were able to fit us in the next day, despite their busy schedule. The staff was reliable and efficient. They were a fraction of the price of the other local companies. We will definitely hire them again.

The crew that came was amazing. They were efficient and thorough. The building is five stories tall and is 136 years old. Without any scaffolding, the uppermost windows are so clean and clear that it seems as if they do not exist. I walked into one of the upper rooms and thought that the windows were open. I highly recommend Window Genie of Bethesda.

We had Window Genie of Bethesda wash our house, power wash the deck, wash the windows (inside and out), and wash our roof. The experience could not have been better! The team was professional, polite, and industrious. They clearly knew what they were doing and were extremely careful inside and outside our house. This is our second experience with Window Genie of Bethesda, and it was just as good as the first!

We hired Window Genie to install our Christmas lights. It is the first time we have had lights installed professionally. We have been so pleased with the communication, the installation, and even the price from the beginning to the end! Dan is great to work with and runs a great organization!

Window Genie did a terrific job of cleaning our outside windows and pressure washing our pavers They were responsive in setting an appointment within our time constraints and very reasonable in their pricing. Our pavers look uniformly clean and brighter than they have in years. I highly recommend them.
