Mike Rogers (owner) took the call. After carefully listenning to what I wanted, he first took down all my contact information, and then started to steer me to something else and up selling. When I insisted on the kind of window I needed, he suddenly said that he had a multi-thousand dollar minimum and unless I agree, he won't do my job. Outrageous and arrogant attitude from a stupid man. Very annoying experience.

Called and spoke to Gary in office over a week ago giving detailed info, etc about what I needed. Was promised an estimate later that evening via email. Two days go by and never hear from him. Called to follow up and he promised estimate next day. Never heard back from him or company.
