Molly Maids of Mitchellville did a fantastic job on our house. We had just had some floors put in and it was dust everywhere in layers.

The team of Edith and Fabiola made our house look brand new for a house that is over 20 years. They did an excellent job in the bathrooms, especially the stand alone shower.

Paulette the owner was great. She set everything up and gave me a well thought out estimate which was spot on. We will definitely be using this office again in the next couple of months once things start looking a little crazy in the house again.

0 stars. This cleaning was scheduled in the beginning of June to be completed at the end of June. We called the morning of our scheduled cleaning to confirm they were coming. They confirmed that “someone should be there be there within the hour”. Over an hour later no one had arrived. We called back and they forwarded our call to a woman named Paulette who I assume is responsible for our area of Bowie MD. She said she had nothing on the calendar for us and blamed it on the scheduling team. This cleaning was scheduled for a Friday and new tenants were moving in on the following Tuesday. We were told the soonest they could get it done was Monday morning. We arrived to the home Monday afternoon to find a poorly done job. It looked as if they spilled oil on one of our carpets, barely cleaned the window sill, and ALL of the glass was embarrassingly streaky. We contacted customer service to express our concerns and were told they would pass the information along and someone would reach out, however no one ever followed up. We are a military family that moves often and will NEVER use or recommend this company.

Home Depot has really fell off. At one point in time you were met with associates who actually knew what they were talking about. Now why does an associate in the nursery not know what an herb is?

I want to start by saying this store has Fantastic Team Members who enjoy working together to create a great experience for families! Myself and my kids enjoyed our first time at the kid's DIY. Thank you all for the Home Depot hospitality!!

I requested an estimate, which they said they'd provide the next day. Then when I tried to follow up, they never responded.

Stop mowing lawns when the grass is saturated after a rain storm.

They miss scheduled appointments and have extremely poor customer service.

Their website and facebook stated that they do service in the Fort Washington area, I called to inquire and the man said they dont. false advertisement.

One of the employees broke my front glass door and walked off like he didnt see it happen. We saw it on ring camera.

Do not give this company your business. They are the most unprofessional and unreliable landscaping company in this area. Employees Marta, Alvaro, and Ruth are a waste of salary.

I live in a community where we take pride in our surroundings..
First of all who cuts grass when it's raining...and then do a rush job..wish I had control to at least try some other company..they convinced the association some trees where diseased so they cut them down..now the property looks terrible
can't imagine what that cost..why not spray them...all about the money and no accountability...also we have a 7:30am time ordiance they started at 7:15 in the parking lot at 7am starting the mowers

Artistic Landscaping did an excellent job. Kelly was awesome! She and her team did a great job on my yard. I will definitely use them again.
