I decided to get a vent cleaning to see if it would help my old dryer. The team was very thorough and used a big brush to get all the lint out of the vents. I noticed a big change right away because my heavy blankets dried in just one cycle. It is going to save me a lot of money and the workers were very polite to me the whole time they were here.

We wanted to move our machine to the basement to have more space upstairs. The old pipe down there had not been used in many years. We scheduled Speedy Vent Cleaning to make sure it was clear before we plugged the machine in. They did a great vent cleaning and found an old lint ball stuck in the middle. The air blows out perfect now and we love our new laundry room.

If you want quality service and superior results (or really any results), do NOT hire Clean Advantage. There was an unfortunate accident in my building 4 weeks ago resulting in blood on the walls, carpet, banister, tiles, doors, and entryway of the building. Clean Advantage was hired by our property management company. 4 weeks later and there is STILL blood on the walls, entryway, tiles, and doors and bloodstains in the carpet. You would think a professional cleaning company would know how to properly handle this type of situation. I have been begging to have the area properly cleaned and was told "it's clean enough" because Clean Advantage has been out twice to "clean." I was here on Thursday when someone came by to "clean" and all they did was spray some solution on a duster and wand it around the foyer. If Clean Advantage was doing their job, there would NOT still be blood on the walls, tiles, doors, and entryway.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service, communication, and respect this issue and myself have been given by Clean Advantage and the property company who hired them. With a pandemic still happening and monkeypox on the rise, cleanliness and health should be a number one priority. Myself and the other tenants in my building are living with a health risk every day because Clean Advantage refuses to fully clean and disinfect the area.

Do yourself a favor, and look somewhere else for a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company.

Tyrone and Tim are wonderful. Very professional and on time. Would recommend to everyone. They made sure furniture and carpet was done and spotless and smelled good.

Tyrone and Tim arrived on time. They were very professional. Tyrone is a real character with a great sense of humor. Tim is the quiet one and a real nice guy. They cleaned my steps, hallway and a bedroom and did a great job. I had not cleaned my carpet for at least 8yrs (no joke) and it looks like the carpet I originally put down. His price was very affordable. I will definitely be referring him to my friends.

My grandchildren told me the towels at my house smelled funny and I about died of embarrassment. MDM came out and did a dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing and found moisture buildup causing the whole problem. My grandkids came back the next weekend and said everything smelled good again and that's what I want to hear!

My dryer kept shutting itself off and I did not have time for guessing games. MDM told me straight up it sounded like a clogged dryer vent and came out to confirm it. They were right, they fixed it and they were gone. That is exactly how I like things handled.

Just as the weather was finally getting colder in Lanham, we started breaking out our heavy winter blankets and fleece hoodies which create an insane amount of lint. I noticed that the laundry room was getting a bit humid and smelled of burning dust. It must've been when we got the dryer clogged. I called MDM Dryer Vent Cleaning for a dryer vent cleaning before the first real freeze.

He told me that the vertical vent was almost 90% blocked. In this Maryland dampness, the lint sticks to the sides of the pipe and hardens. Ever since the dryer vent cleaning, my heavy loads dry in one instead of three. It’s a huge relief for my peace of mind this winter.

They sent a reminder before the appointment and the technician called ahead before arriving which I really appreciated. The job was done thoroughly and on time and the technician cleaned up completely before leaving. It is the little things like that which make a company truly stand out!
