Years ago this used to be a good service however my recent appointments things have just fallen completely off. Coming home after my most recent cleaning cause me more things to clean up after them.

To list a few thing.
Dirty shoes were placed on my chair.
Items in the bathroom were all moved out of place and not returned.
My curtains were left pick up on a chair so they could vacuum under them. (Not that bad but put it back)
The bed was poorly made
Dishes in the sink were just put in the dishwasher to wash.
The couch was not put back nicely.
There was a painting on a entry table that was knocked of and not put back.
More importantly my basement was not even touched.

We have had a checked past on there 1st cleaning they broke a glass lid and checked a pedestal sink. The were able to resolve this issues.

I used there carpet cleaning service to try to get extra life out of a lightly stained carpet. There were able to steam clean and get the stain out however the stain remover bleached my carpet. I have new carpet now and they were not made aware of the issue. That same day they cleaned my fridge and left all the items on the deck. I figured this was my fault as I asked them to do there fridge clean not knowing it just meant throw my stuff in trash bags and place it on the deck. This also was never discussed as I said I would not use them again but I did a few times....

This was the last straw the attention to detail is gone and in my opinion that’s the only reason to hire a service

I heard so much about Ash Maids that I decided to give it a go myself. I’m so glad I did, because they met and exceeded almost all of my expectations. I say ‘almost’ because they arrived quite some time later than initially scheduled. Even with the late arrival, I will definitely be using the service again because my very old house looks better than new.

I usually use them for monthly cleanings and they normally do an excellent job however, this last time I came home to a house full of dust... not sure if they were tired or simply having an off day. BUT I called customer service was excellent! They sent the crew out again to redo the dusting and correct the problem same day.

Called for a last min cleaning since I was having company over. Gave me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the same day. Ladies were very nice and polite. They did such a great job that I'm planning on having regular cleaning from them.

Called and was greeted professionally over phone. I told them the areas and number of stairs I wanted cleaned. They gave me a great price over the phone and were able to come the next day. They gave me a window of time and they were here as promised during that window. The technician "Mario" was professional and did a great job getting out all the spots and asking me if there were any areas I wanted redone. I am very satisfied.

Very Professional, Nice, EXCELLENT CLEANING SERVICE!

They showed up two and a half hours late — and we had to be the ones to call them and ask when they’d be arriving. After 4 hours of their crew slowly cleaning, they didn’t even sweep our living room. We were happy to pay whatever it took to clean the house for however long, but these folks were just not motivated to do the basics of their work.

Amazing service, always friendly and thorough. 10/10 would recommend!

The Ash Maids did a good job at my house this week. My only concern is, why do they hide things? I had 2 new gallons of spring water sitting near my front door in my living room because I had not put them away yet. Soon after the maids left, I could not find the water! I searched everywhere. I’m not saying they stole them but where could they be?? Please reply.

Used carpet cleaning special twice. Very pleased with all aspects of the job. Shout outs to Mario (cleaner) and Janice (scheduler) in particular.

I scheduled the (deep cleaning service/move-out/move-in cleaning) service package. They gave me a two hour window of arrival time the day of the cleaning. Thirty minutes after the window I called to see if they were still coming. They were running a little later from their first job. That's ok, but a call with an update would have been nice. They were about one hour late. I wanted to confirm the work they were doing that day and approximately how long it would take. There was a slight communication issue but after a call to the main office, we were all on the same page.

My overall issues:
1. Being late and not calling.
2. The quote over the phone was a range based on the condition of the house. I asked them to confirm the price when they arrived. Again, due to the communication issue the price still wasn't clear.
3. This was a 3K sq ft. townhouse that was completely empty, (no furniture, no trash) relatively clean. But I wanted that spic and span move-in ready clean.
4. The two ladies were very nice and did a "decent" job, they cleaned the refrigerator, the stove, the windows as far as they could reach, bathrooms, etc...
5. They didn't clean the ceiling fans, the top of the windows. The theme here is both women were 5 ft. tall standing on their toes. They didn't clean anything they couldn't reach. Why they didn't have a ladder in their car I have no idea.
6. Whatever they used to clean the hardwood floors left streaks and a film.
7. The price: Of course the final price was at the top of the range from the estimate. When I asked how they came to the price I was never given a clear answer.

Finally, in my opinion this was the equivalent of a standard cleaning. I took before and after pictures and except for the inside of the stove and refrigerator you really can't tell the difference. The floor looks even worse.

The team was great. They were thorough. The house is very clean.

The cleaners are friendly and work throughly. They respected my space and were considerate of my time.
