What a fantastic job! They were on time and very thorough. I was surprised at their finished product because I did not think my house could look so clean! I will be using them in the future!

The teams that are sent are phenomenal and Paulette the owner is the best. She understands my family and has become part of the household functioning. We are a busy family of four with two young children. We declutter and put it away and they come in and make it shine.

I was extremely pleased with the service that the staff did for me. The office was attentive to my request and was great with communication. They were thorough and were able to tackle a messy situation. I would highly recommend their service.

Unfortunately, this business seems not to have the staff or equipment to do larger houses or deep cleans. We hired Molly Maid with the understanding that the house was large and very dirty due to some renovations that had left a lot of dust. We expected to pay for the extended time necessary. The team arrived with insufficient cleaning products, a poor quality, elderly vacuum cleaner that did not get our rugs clean, and did a superficial job. Glass was left smeary, trash was not emptied, and counters were not cleaned, among other things. The job was clearly too much for them. Feedback to the franchise owner was met with defensiveness and poor communication skills rather than any genuine interest in resolving deficiencies. I don’t recommend this business when there are so many better choices!
