Excellent, professional, & prompt service. I would definitely recommend TCK to anyone needing plumbing assistance.
Ive used TCK plumbing on several occasions. He provides a good professional service and very friendly as well. i recommend their service.
Great Plumbers with reliable service!! Rashard did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
Hands down the worst experience with any service company I’ve had. My home appliance insurance sent them a work order, they never reached out to schedule an appointment. Upon calling them, they said they can only do a weekday at a certain time frame. I requested for flexibility, none given. My husband took the entire day off to ensure that someone was there when they came. They never called me the day of. I reached out to them just to get told that the technician can’t make it today anymore. Lost an entire day waiting and no communication from them. When I asked for alternatives as we are losing a day of work, the lady had absolutely no sympathy and could care less. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
I was directed to this company by HomeServe due to a plumbing issue. On Friday, March 6, 2026, at around 2:30 PM, I received a text message stating that they had been assigned to my ticket and would be calling me shortly. No one ever called. On Monday, March 9, 2026, I called them myself to follow up. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She told me my appointment had been scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. When I explained that no one had contacted me to inform me of this appointment, she simply replied, “Well they said it was an emergency.” If this was truly a water emergency, I would think they wouldn’t wait three days to address it, and at the very least someone should have contacted me to let me know when to expect service. I asked if someone was going to contact me to confirm the appointment since I would need to make arrangements to take time off work. Instead of answering my question, she either muted me or placed me on hold without telling me. I was left sitting in silence and had to repeatedly say “hello” before she would return to the line. Whenever I tried to ask questions to better understand what to expect—such as whether the plumber would arrive with the valve that HomeServe said was needed, or if the visit was only to assess the situation and I would need to schedule another day off—she continued to put me on hold. Each time she came back, she ignored my questions and simply asked whether I wanted the appointment or not. Her tone throughout the call was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At one point I told her that this did not feel like good customer service. She ignored that comment as well. I even asked if she felt we were having a good customer service experience, hoping it might make her aware of how the interaction was coming across in case she was simply having a bad day. Her response was, “I will not answer any personal questions,” which confused me because I had not asked anything personal. She continued to ignore my questions and respond with long periods of silence. Eventually, I asked to speak with a manager. She told me her manager’s name was “Lue, Lue” and that the manager would have to call me back. Throughout the call she repeatedly muted me and sounded as if she was speaking to someone else. At that point I decided to cancel the service call and told her I would contact HomeServe and request a different company. She did not seem to care and again went silent. I said goodbye, but she never responded, so I hung up. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend doing business with this company. If this is the level of professionalism provided by the front-line staff, it raises serious concerns about the overall standards of the company.
I unfortunately got assigned to this company again from my home warranty! And just as i recall they are so UNORGANIZED! My husband took off work to fulfill their window of 11-2. Come 1:45 pm no call nothing. I call and had a hold time of 10 min. As I’m holding i call from office phone. Same aloof front desk girl answers and didn’t even know she still had me on hold. Tells me sorry plumber hit a snag and cant come anymore! I mean unacceptable when my husband had to take off work. Also more importantly why didn't you call to at least inform us??! Why didnt i have to call when my window time was over. Dont do business with this company. The last job took them a month with different contractors every time and everyone of them had different opinions and things they said they needed to order. And forget the front desk. You might as well talk to a wall.
