Washington Home Doctors has been our "go to" place for HVAC and other repairs (e.g. garage door replacement). The service is excellent and Earl is the consummate professional.

I scheduled my appointment for a Friday and took a day off from work after being informed they would not be open Saturday. I spoke to Earl Friday morning to confirm an arrival time and was given an early afternoon ETA. By 4:30p NO ONE showed up NO ONE called!

Washington Home Doctors, Inc is awesome! The water heater I had installed last year went cold and the pilot light was off! I called Earl at Washington Home Doctors and Earl said it is under warranty and he will send a plumber to check the water heater. It needed a part and the plumber returned the next day and installed the part and I'm back to hot water! Great warranty, professionalism, and service from Washington Home Doctors, Inc.!

Earl and team have been very responsive and on point. We needed them to change a water heater in DC, which WHD did well and even when the heater broke down, within the guarantee period Earl got to fix it, including bringing in an entirely new system, within less than 24 hours. Well done!

Earl and his team were so helpful this week when our heat went out during one of the coldest weeks of the year. He answered our request and came over right away even though it was 10pm - no one else we called went so above and beyond. He was so nice, responsive, and professional, and put in tons of time to make sure our heat was back on as soon as possible. We are so grateful!

I didn't know what to expect when I sent my service request. All I knew is that my AC was not working and that I wanted it fixed. I sent a request, and with in minutes my request was answered.

Hot water heater died, on a Saturday of course. Al and the Washington Home Doctor team made a weekend house call, provided a great new hot water heat experlty installed all within a couple hours of the call! Great job, by detailed oriented customer freindly professionals. Call them if you need a job done well and fast!!

We reached out to Earl at Washington Home Doctors to diagnose a broken air conditioner. Outside unit was not running and vents had no airflow; temperatures outside were hovering around 94 degrees. He was able to get a technician out to my address later that day. The tech (rick) got me up and running and even dealt with severe traffic that day. He even had to make a trip to grab a part to fix the unit. Very happy and grateful for their service and making sure this was all fixed on one trip. I would highly recommend and I am very appreciative of their work.

I needed a bathroom faucet replaced with my furnishing the faucet. This should be a one hour job. I know this, given I use to be a plumber. I would have done the job myself except I'm 76 years old, and it's too hard for me to get under the cabinets anymore. I was quoted $795! I paid $115. If you are considering this company, you might want to get multiple quotes.
