I was in a panic...my A/C had gone out, it was hot, late in the evening, I had a house full of Guests.. and my regular provider was not responding. As a last resort, I put in an emergency call to Aire Serv of PG County and, lucky for me, Greg agreed to fit me in. He arrived when he said he would, did not treat me as the unexpected problem of a long days work and was cheerful and reassuring, yet professional. He not only fixed the problem, but did not try to gouge me in my moment of panic . I will NEVER use another HVAC service.

It is always a pleasure to deal with vendors that provide professional good quality service. The technician as well as the scheduling staff were very nice, patient and caring throughout my entire experience. I will definitely use Aire Serv again.

So, I was just searching for someone to fix my furnace being out. House was cold, we were getting 20+ degree weather, and American Homeshield was bs-ing on getting someone out asap. 4 yo house and equipment. We should not be cold. Unfortunately, we were. Called around and found Air Serve and got an appointment immediately. Got Greg and Alex as my techs and they figured it out and knocked it out. Air Serve just got business from me. As long as I get Alex and Greg again. Lol.

The gentleman who took care of everything, Greg, went out of his way to make sure my furnace was fixed and my oil was properly filled. Thanks

Greg was highly knowledgeable of my hvac issue and pointed it out immediately. He was able to repair it the same day and in minimum time. He also provided insightful information on how to maintain clean air filters and the change time needed in order to create clean circulating air throughout the home.

We recently purchased a home and gotten a bit scared when we faced our first potential problem. I call AIRE SERV and was immediately satisfied with the service and the genuine support given to me by the representative. Mr Greg was my technician who displayed professionalism and enthusiasm in his career field. His experience and expertise was a result of me saving a lot of money because he quickly understood the issue and went straight to the problem. I highly recommend this company's service to anyone who wants a peace of mine.

The technician were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were personable and down to earth. The team went beyond the call of duty for me being 83 years of age to have my system up and running in this extreme heat. The team worked diligently as if they owned the company. In my opinion, if believe they deserve special recognition or a raise in salary.

Have used Gregory and his partner several times at my private and rental homes as well referred to him to neighbors he has done work for. Very personable and trustworthy with lower pricing then the majors.

Was recommended by my best friend. Made the call and the tech was very gracious and accommodated use with coming out to take a look. After coming out he instructed us to call the office to schedule another visit. We call and the young lady that scheduled was very pleasant. The tech gave us his best recommendations to do with the each unit. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of PG

Excellent customer service. The owner went above and beyond to take the time to make sure we had same day service when our ac went out. Within a couple of hours our ac was back up and running.

I have been a customer with Aire Serv for a very long time. They do preventive maintenance on my air conditioner unit twice a year. Alex is for prompt and professional. I would definitely refer them.

On Sunday I made an appointment for Monday. My tech (Greg) arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He came back the very next morning with my part and my heat works so much better than it did before!
I also appreciate him taking the time to patiently answers my questions and making sure I understood the problem.

Loved that they showed up in a mask, as safety is no. one right now. Everything was great, Gregory is always courteous, professional and has a pleasant attitude. Gregory is very knowledgeable in his field, explains what the problem is and recommends a solution that works for us. Always good to see him because I know he is going to give us good service. Aire Serv of PG is much better than the company we were working with before. They will always be our go to company.

Greg Perry is very knowledgeable and professional. He and Greg did a great job in the midst of an emergency water heater leak.

Had the worst technician come by named Greg. The coordinator was perfect and very sweet but the tech walked in with an attitude. I am calling multiple techs because IT IS A NATIONWIDE heatwave and I am trying to get my AC working as soon as possible, so am trying to get as many estimates as possible. I was on the phone with another company when he arrived WITHOUT A PIROR CALL WITH HIS ETA. I apologized to him when I got off the phone and he didn't acknowledge me and said "showed me where it is and turn it on". He seemed to think everything was either a joke, there was no reason to respect, or he infantilize me. I work in construction too and I just know these type of "professionals" and how they deal with women. I asked him to perform his full diagnostic while I finished a call with the other professional and he threw up his hands and said "MIGHT AS WELL GET HIM" ....isn't it your job to be competitive or professional? Mercifully, he left quietly after rolling his eyes and acting sassy like a child . Never working with this company again if this is their attitude.
