Femar Fence did a great job. They were available quickly to inspect the job and provide a quote, to do the work, and do the work well. They were also the most competitive bid for the project. We're completely happy and would recommend the Femar Fence team to anyone.

Happy with my fence installation (it's only been a day, so will post if this changes), also happy with the professionalism of the estimate process and quick assignment of an installation date. One issue that I wanted to make sure others would be aware of is that I compared a few close estimates from well established companies before deciding to go with Femar, and they were all in the same ballpark, with Femar being slightly lower. With the bids all being very close and the companies all seemingly reputable, I went with the lower bid. However, the final invoice from Femar included an additional charge for tax that was not on the initial bid. I know that in the past, I have had work done and tax was always included in the bid, whether it was a separate charge or just included in the lump sum, there was never a surprise on the final invoice. So this is just a warning for people like me that assume tax is included in the bid--it might not be. I'm not sure if I would have went with a different company even if they had included the tax (because they still would have been a tiny bit cheaper), but I like to know the full price upfront.

Update 3x: we had a couple of issues that we discovered after payment. Femar fence came back and made corrections within a week.

After a strong storm and downed tree which damaged a portion of our wood fence and gate, we contacted Femar Fence to address the necessary repairs. From the initial contact to the final interaction, it was a pleasure working with the company. Everyone was responsive, efficient, timely, knowledgeable and skilled. We had a fence installed last weekend by Ernesto and his crew from Femar Fence. They did a fantastic job. Our yard had a lot of gradient changes, retaining walls, and other complexities. We talked to about a dozen fence companies and some even said “nope not possible”. After all the contractors we talked to we decided to go with Ernesto because he talked us through his plan to approach the aforementioned complexities, it was obvious he knew what he was talking about, he took the time to educate us, and his price was competitive. We are glad we did. We also appreciate his attention to and acknowledgement of why we wanted the fence in the first place. We wanted to keep our small dog in the yard. Ernesto and his crew worked to make sure the fence came all the way to the ground at all points (not easy with the many slope changes in the yard) and made sure that we were satisfied with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend Femar Fence.

Ernesto and his guys exceeded our expectations from the very beginning of our project! He responded to my initial email within hours. He came out the following morning to give me an estimate. He is very professional, well spoken and friendly. We went over every detail and ensured me the job would be completed to the greatest of standard. They installed both a split rail fence and a privacy fence within a couple days of our initial meeting. I could not believe the turn out. We are so happy with the quality of work. They exceeded our expectations and will definitely be doing more business with him in the future! Cannot say enough great things about our experience!

Femar Fence did a great job building my new fence. Beautiful craftsmanship, professional and on time. We encountered some issues due to the layout of my property but as an experienced carpenter, Ernesto was able to resolve them quickly and the fence turned out exactly as I had envisioned. I got compliments from my neighbor later that day.

What can I say about Femar Fences? They are truly exceptional and professional. I had a 460 feet fence (both aluminum and chain link combined) done a week ago. For a reasonable payment for the installation, Ernesto and his crew did a fantastic job in one day. I can't say enough about Ernesto and his crew. They arrived this morning to install a 6ft vinyl privacy fence for my backyard. They worked non-stop until everything was done. They removed a shed in my yard that I wasn't using anymore and I was very appreciative & grateful. Also, they cleaned up all their mess - I mean everything! I am so happy that I found Femar Fencing because they are the best!! They are very professional, friendly and so nice! I would highly most definitely recommend them. Love my new fence!! 😊

Femar was fast and responsive when it came to scheduling a consult and getting the work started. They were extremely quick when the day to install came.

They lack a lot of communication with what you want and pretty much just start doing everything without asking any questions. I understand that in today’s economy speed and quantity is how these companies make their money.

Unfortunately with that speed comes a lack of craftsmanship and quality. Crooked boards, using nails instead of screws, and the doors on our double door fence have not worked properly and swing open.

They came to fix a few things after about a month. They still didn’t fix the door properly. Paying close to $10k for a fence like this with that lack of craftsmanship and quality is outrageous in my opinion.

My fence was repaired in a timely manner. It took the installer less than 2 hours to repair my fence and install my new gate.

After the repairs were completed, the foreman stopped by to inspect the work and even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Ernesto is very professional he was the only company that was prompt and came out to the property for a free estimate and his price was very reasonable. Daniel who seemed to be one of the lead builders was a bit rough around the edges getting into a brief dispute with my father in law but everyone else was very polite and accommodating. Amazing experience! Got a wood shadow box fence installed at our townhouse back in November of 2021. Ydalia and the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Extremely responsive as well. The job took less than a few hours to be completed. You will definitely not regret working with Femar Fence. My fence is still looking like it was just installed, no complaints whatsoever. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

I am so happy with my incredibly beautiful fence. I wanted a privacy fence for functional purposes: privacy (obviously) and to keep my dog in, but now my fence is also an attractive addition to my yard. Full disclosure, I've never had a fence built before, but I've seen plenty of fences.
Ernesto is wonderful to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable about his work, ready to offer suggestions, great with communication (text friendly), and responsive to feedback during the work. His workers were also nice and professional, and cleaned up after themselves between day 1 and day 2, not just at the end. They used hand tools for every single post, carefully working around a drainage system along the sides of my house. They also built every piece of it on site, no pre-made panels, and worked with the variations in the land.
The cost of my fence was slightly higher than some other options, but I wanted to support a small/local company and knew they did a good job, and after seeing them work I have no regrets.
