They did an incredible job. Showed up early, and removed the tree very quickly. I even think some of my neighbors asked for quick tree trims while they were there. Cleanup was good, and they left the property without even a leaf on the lawn.

On 09/01/2023 America Tree Services LLC came to my property to do some tree branch trimming job, not only the job not completed per my instruction, the workers damaged my property including my recently resurfaced driveway, and refused to take responsibility for the damages, despite many attempts. I will NOT recommend America Tree Services LLC for any Tree job service. Does not worth the risk and aggravation.

Yes, you may have won the case in court on technical ground, (lack of adequate legal representation on my part), not on merit, but at what cost?
Regardless, video and picture evidence of the damages your workers did to my property, and your refusal to take responsibity for it does not lie.

False. You or no one from your company made any attempt to contact me, or come to my residence after the incident to date. I made many attempts via emails, text messages, and phone calls to notify you of what happened (Tree job not completed, and damage to my driveway) on the same day, you made NO effort to contact me, or come to my residence to inspect the damages let alone resolve the matter.

Had a large Oak near my house that was half dead I had removed and ground down and another large Oak pruned by America Tree Service. Antonio was very responsive and professional with my needs and checked in throughout the day while the team worked. Overall they did a fantastic job, much quicker than I anticipated (less than 8 hours). The large crane was a little difficult to park on my yard but they left everything clean and did a fantastic job.

We are very pleased with our entire experience with America Tree Service. The estimate was very thorough, less costly than anticipated, and everything was explained in detail. The crew that did the work was very respectful of our property and went above what was expected. We received a recommendation for this company from our landscape architect and it turned out he was spot on. I’ve put this company in my contacts list so I can call them in the future. Easily five stars.

I had a huge oak tree that had gotten sick and was 95% dead which urgently needed cutting down because it was right next to my garage and home. Not only did America Tree Service come in with the most competitive price of all the quotes I had received, but their work was stellar! They ground the tree down to the stump and left the ground perfectly level. They were also kind enough to remove all the debris that had previously fallen on the roof of my garage. Their staff was very professional and kept me in the loop during all the work. I will definitely use them again for any tree work I need in the future.

Mr Lanes of crawl space brothers team was very professional and well knowledgeable of insulating and putting a dehumidifier in the crawl space and he also put a sump pump in to relieve the water underneath the cross face the customer had a lot of water under the crawl space but his team took it at job in a professional manner they cleaned up everything they moved all of the debris from the property so it was a real good experience working with a professional
