When our a/c went out we called the company that installed it, nine years ago and received exemplary service. Chelsea kept us current with the situation and was very responsive and professional. Right before leaving for a trip my AC stopped cooling the house. I have 2 dogs, one with a heart condition and I could not leave them without AC. I called and asked for after hours service. The receptionist was kind and understanding, she told me she'd call me back with an update. The technicians were able to get me in within 30 minutes and were knowledgeable and kind. The fix was quick and the price was as expected. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!
