They came to install a new thermostat that we received as a gift. The technician was extremely polite and professional and did an amazing job getting everything hooked up and working in a timely manner. They also had considerably better pricing compared to the other companies we called for quotes. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We have nothing but praise for Great Mills Heating and Air. We had two homes, both with antiquated AC units. Great Mills heating and Air was able to keep them running until we finally had one system replaced by them earlier this year. Our last old man AC is still ticking thanks their fast response every time it starts limping. Service was quick, friendly, and competitively priced. I always recommend them.

Update: they’re still awesome! Just got our annual service and looks like our grandpa AC is gonna last another year. Seriously, these guys are super honest, super affordable, and I highly recommend them.

Great Mills is THE BEST, hands down!

This is the second time they have come
to my home and the service has been stellar. Recently, I called because my unit was constantly running, despite the thermostat being on fan auto. Not to mention the INSANE energy bill I received. Kyle came out to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. He was so professional, kind, and polite (calling me ma'am).
He took the time to throughly explain the problem, how the unit works, and what needed to be done to fix it.

We have been doing business with Great Mills Heating & A.C. since we built our house in 1997. They are professional, polite, couteous, and reasonably priced. I see HVAC trucks from the other guys parked at the same houses multiple times, and I have to wonder, what are they doing so frequently? We're on a 2x a year service plan which as worked very well for us.

I have been using Great Mills (GM) Heating and AC since 2000 and can sincerely state that they have been the very best at all they do. There have been occasions when i used other providers but was not satisfied with how they operated and the work they did. My reason for using another provider was due to me having an insurance that covers the systems in my home. my experience has been that it's best to pay GM separately and receive better service than to use my insurance for the two Systems in my home.

GM installed a Geothermal system in my house years ago and they did a great job. I had three separate providers give me estimates for the Geothermal. Three of them came in at a much higher cost estimate. Some said they had to put up a pump-house. GM did the job for less without a pumphouse cutting my cost. and I've been highly satisfied ever since.

GM recently replaced my gas furnace that was 25 years old. Again, I attempted to use my insurance but at the end went to GM to get the job done. GM came in more reasonable and accomplish the job sooner than the wait I was experiencing withe insurance company.

GM definitely earned a 5-star rating and not just for the last job but for all the many jobs they've done for me in the past 25 years.

Great Mills Heating and Air just installed my hot water heater and installed my hvac system 4 years ago. I have been impressed with them both times. Fantastic experience with Great Mills. They installed a new high-efficiency Amana unit at a price that was substantially better than competing quotes for similar units.
