Not very happy with a simple estimate for tree removal! Over priced in the thousands made no damn sense to me. I am sorry I called. Over priced, if you don't want to do the work say so, dont price a ridiculous price!

I have had them help me with a wall for my basement steps and they knew exactly what the problem was. They proposed the job and were able to have it done within 30 days. Highly recommend them for all your home improvement needs.

We had Carroll install a paver patio for us (about 500 square feet). Before the job and during, Kevin (our project coordinator with Carroll) was very responsive and always got back to us. I was impressed.

However, when they installed the patio at the same elevation as our rear basement door kickplate, I expressed concern. He came out and saw it and also expressed concern, but thought it would be ok. He offered to tamp the patio more to drop the elevation and I told him I would get back to him. I did so less than a week later and accepted his offer to have them come back and tamp it more. That was at the very end of August. Its 3 months later ... and I never hear from them except when I call and ask status. Every time I do, its "...I am hoping for better weather next week. " or "We will be on a job in your area next week." (yes, these are copied from his responses). But ... they never show up!

He is just keeping me at arms length hoping I go away. In the end, we aren't happy with what they delivered and soon as they received the last payment, they treat you totally different. I was going to have them do our rear basement door replacement and front stoop replacement, but I will NEVER work with them again and I urge anyone else to not work with them either. The issue is when there is an actual issue (and you never know when or how this can occur) they do not deal with it properly from my experience. They have strung me along and hope I go away ...

Just terrible customer service IMO

You can reference my photo. The patio is higher than the floor inside my basement. Further, the patio is at the same level as the entry door... Wouldnt you have concerns too? NOT HAPPY@@@!!!

Bought 6 trees for privacy and relied on company for guidance regarding tree type and placement. Trees had problems in first year.

Called Bob several times to look at them and advise. Even though the trees looked to me as if they would not make it, he insisted that they would "be fine."

Sent pictures and called again the second year. He sent someone different who fertilized. I asked what would happen if they never thrived. He said since the problem existed during the warranty, so they would work with me.

This is the third year, they are still brown and shedding leaves. Sent pictures and called again. I was told they are out of warranty and to spend money with a different company to test soil.

Want additional trees but will never do business with them again.

Kevin Moore and the Carroll Landscaping team did a fabulous job in designing and implementing a superb pollinator garden. They repurposed an old chicken coop and area into the design to create a shady space and nook. A special feature of this project was using old wool as the base of the stepping stones - very environmentally friendly.

The team from Carroll Landscaping just finished two projects for me: (1) redoing a deck/roof that is over a room in the house; and (2) new windows and framing in our barn/shop. Quality work as always. Kevin, Steve and Scott are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

We have been more than pleased as they executed landscape designs, repurposed existing materials on the property, built fences and an accessible ramp that far exceeded our expectations! More importantly, Bob really listens to our needs and understands our vision!

I chose Carroll Landscaping to design and install a small area which included handshaking and some planting. My family loves the design. Drainage issues were corrected and the space is usable again. The staff is efficient and professional an enjoyable experience. Please consider this company.

Bob and his crew did a wonderful job building our new deck! They competed the project quickly while fighting through a week of epic rainfall. We couldn't be happier with the work they've done! We would recommend them and will be using them again.

Carroll Landscaping did a patio with a decorative wall, steps to my back door, to which they built a outside landing and stairs. It turned out fabulous!! Start to finish about a week, cleaning up very well everyday. They really did a great design for my unique property needs…all my neighbors have been asking and peeking through the yard trying to catch a glimpse.
They really turned my house into my home.
I highly recommend them.

Bob Jones, the President took the time to come out and access my property and he knew exactly what I needed. He was exactly right on every detail he suggested. To this day I am amazed that he knew every plant and every flower that I had!

I am also thrilled at the work his crew performed. I have never had anyone do work for me and do such a professional and thorough job like his crew did. I forgot to ask them to move the four stepping rocks that I had in the front garden and they were almost finished but they were so kind to move them anyway. I didn't expect them to fix that. It was my fault that I didn't ask them to move them so I could walk on them. My yard looks brand new and such a professional job was performed. His men worked steadily on a very cold and windy day.

Carroll Landscaping has a very hard working, very professional crew that they should be very proud of! I can honestly say that they go above and beyond their scope of work that was on the contract. They knew I was handicapped and couldn't get my leaves up and they got them up for me. I was so surprised. That's what I call Superior Customer Service!!

I would like to talk to them sometime about what it would cost to have the beds sprayed should the weeds start to poke through again and if the plants and bushes start to get bugs. I sure wouldn't have anyone else in the future touch my landscaping. Carroll Landscaping will always have the work at my residence as long as I am living. I thought I was going to have to sell my home because I couldn't maintain it but Carroll Landscaping has given me a whole new outlook as long as I can afford it!

Bob and his team did an outstanding job on a new patio installation and mailbox replacement.

They were very helpful in recommending the patio’s size/shape, kind of pavers, the railing for the step-down from the house and tying the new patio to an older existing patio.

They designed the mailbox post to be extra sturdy and built it on the spot. They moved sizeable rocks around the mailbox to protect it from potential snowplow mishaps.

I am extremely happy with the results! The patio and mailbox look great! (Psst! I wish I had used them on earlier projects).

Bob and his team were always professional and accommodating. I appreciated that they communicated well (no translator needed). It was a joy to work with them. They know what they are doing!

We made the right decision when we chose Carroll Landscaping to build our TimberTech deck. We were impressed with the company from the moment we met with Kevin to discuss the design for the deck. He guided us through the process, so many details that we had not even considered. He kept us informed on the progress for getting the building permit and when the job would start. The installers were awesome, we enjoyed talking with them and we admired the quality of their workmanship. There were two subcontractors involved (electric and concrete) and they were outstanding as well. Kevin made sure he was on-site when the sub-contractors arrived to introduce us and to review the scope of the work to be done. Everything that Carroll Landscaping did was first class, no cutting corners with this company! It is refreshing to know there are still some companies that understand the concepts of "customer service" and pleasing the customer.
