Electrical reviews in Middle River, Maryland

Thank you so much Authorized Electric for your help today. The person that came to my home to fix my furnace was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They got right to the problem and found the solution efficiently.

I've used Authorized Electric multiple times, and every time I'm reminded of how exceptional their service is and how knowledgeable every member of their crew is. They are fair, honest, and their work is always clean and precise. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my electrical needs. Highly recommend!

I recently had an electrical issue at my home, and Electrician Jacob came out and did an exceptional job—twice! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and fixed the problem efficiently.

His work was clean, thorough, and completed with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated his honesty, punctuality, and respect for my home. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated.

It’s also worth mentioning that the first electrical company sent by American Home Shield (AHS) warranty took nearly a month to come out and still could not diagnose or fix the issue. Jacob stayed the course, used his expertise, and got the job done right!

I highly recommend Jacob and Authorized Electricians to anyone needing electrical work—excellent service from start to finish!

Thank you!
