Skyler and Jordan were incredibly professional, taking the time to explain the entire process and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The job itself was completed quickly and efficiently, far faster than I had anticipated. They handled the old unit removal and new installation with exceptional skill, leaving the workspace cleaner than they found it. The new heater looks great, and the plumbing work is meticulously done—a true sign of quality.

Bernie and Junior were great! They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. They were fast and efficient. Everything looks great, nice and clean. I already have hot water 2 hours later. I’ve used constellation home to replace my furnace and A/C unit in the past. I’m always happy with the knowledge of the techs and quality work they do.

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced. The team of Alex Creed, Angel G, and Austin H showed up on time and did an excellent job on the install. They were very helpful in making a few suggestions. They took their time on the install and did a great job to make sure it was installed correctly. Thank you to the entire team.

We needed a shut-off valve added to a gas pipe. The technician provided the upfront cost. We decided to go with Constellation instead of other companies. The cost was a little higher, but you pay for what you get. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what would need to happen before starting the work.

Furnace and water heater replaced. Great job! Shane, Dakota, Nathan, Jose, Derek and Daniel made the installation go so smoothly. I can highly recommend Constellation Home.

Nate Tropper was efficient and quick to access, repair/fix, my moving combo shower/faucet issue by securing it to the wood piece inside the wall. Once it was secure and not moving he cleaned up his mess and was done.

Constellation Home installed a hot water heater in my home today. I was very happy with the service. The staff,Bernie and Carlos, were professional, polite, and efficient. They were careful with my personal belongings covering the floor and always wearing foot coverings when they were inside. They were on task at all times and worked quickly. I was very happy with the outcome and with the service I received

Had a great experience with Daniel installing my Tesla charger at home. He showed up on time, was professional, and did a thorough job with the installation. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work—everything was done cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable!

Our expansion tank installed above the hot water tank sprang a pinhole leak after 5 yrs. The water leakage was serious.
Bryan Hokinson came out within 3 hours of our call to Constellation Home. He was careful, methodical & sympathetic. He had a replacement tank in his truck. The installation was fully resolved within half an hour. This is a highly professional plumber who communicates well with plain language that's easy to understand. We'd highly recommend Bryan for his work today.

Our technician, Don, was Amazing. He was very knowledgeable, informative and personable. It didn't take long for him to figure out the issue with our heat pump. Also, he answered other questions we had about the system and the thermostat as well. He has serviced our unit before and he always does an impeccable job. I would recommend anyone based on the job of this repairman.

Constellation Home Technician (Mr. Donald S…) repaired our furnace that stopped working during the coldest week so far this year (January 2026). He performed a diagnostic test to determine the problem; made the necessary repair and our furnace is operating efficiently keeping our household toasty warm once again. Ronnie was wonderful.

I have been a customer with Constellation for about 6 months now after purchasing a new home and they have been very attentive to all its issues.

Yesterday, I came home to two inches of water underneath my sink and called the 24/7 emergency line at 2am. Ronnie came out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

He was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. I feel I am in good hands!

Just wanted to leave a quick review for the constellation home service provider, Stacy, for my dad’s recent plumbing work. She has come out for the past few appts and has been thorough and comprehensive with all aspects of the job and her work. She has a lot of pride in her work and she is always willing to point out ways that we can save money on our water and electric bill as she works through the appt. She has repaired my dad’s 50 year old toilet, replaced said toilet, repaired and replaced the 50 year old garbage disposal and helped to repair the kitchen faucet and air gap- all within a matter of 3 appts. On top of the work itself, she knows how to talk to seniors (my dad) and translates everything so they understand clearly. Stacy is the best and I hope if we need Constellation Home again, she’s the one to come out! Give her a raise!

I don't usually post a review of a company BUT! my experience today exceeded all expectations: 1: I called yesterday 1/15/25 to inquire about a new water heater the representative explained everything to a Tee . product and install! The next day (wow) installers called and said they would be here at 1 (on time) Jordan and Carlos arrive on the time as they provided.Both of these installers were true professionals were a positive representatives of the companies values! They went over every aspect of the install and the products in's and out and what to do . I was totally impressed with Jordan and Carlos representation of the product and how and what to do! They were in and out in about 1 hours cleaned and left everything in pristine condition! In addition the lady who assisted me covered everything top to bottom. I Have no problem telling anyone what an great experience I had with Constellation Home they are tops!

David Ogden and Aiden were absolutely amazing! Both were friendly, patient, and took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly.
Dave, especially, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. After past experiences with other companies pushing unnecessary replacements, I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Highly recommend.

Today I received a new HVAC system and Water Heater. Issac, Gabriel, Jeremy and Camden worked as team to complete the job to my satisfaction everyone was great and upon completion everything was explained step by step to me and answered all my questions. Great teamwork!! Would also like to thank Jared for his great service and professionalism removing old water heater and installing new heater while working around the HVAC team very pleased with all service received today and will refer family and friends. RAY, DUSTIN, MARCUS, & NATHAN Did a Amazing job installing our Brand New Mitsubishi Electric Split-Type Air Conditioner/Heater. They came exactly when they said and worked efficiently & respectively. Ray is so pleasant and really probably could be a comedian!! He's so funny & cheerful. It's obvious he enjoy's working for Constellation Home.
They completed the job & cleaned up afterwards and took us around and explained everything perfectly so we know how to work our New system.
We will definitely call Constellation Home & recommend the company to our friends, family & neighbors. Thanks again:)

I’ve been with BGE Home / Constellation Home for about 14 years. Their service has been good and reliable over the years. When I first called for routine HVAC maintenance the earliest appointment offered was about six months away, which was disappointing. However, afterwards they reached out and offered an earlier appointment. I was pleasantly surprised, I've updated their review. Their service and repairs over the years have honestly always been reliable and good - they have taken care and replaced my HVAC systems, water heaters, without any problems and their techs have always been pleasant and trustworthy.
