Constraction reviews in Nottingham, Maryland

Shan and his team at Superior Gutters & Construction did an absolutely amazing job on my home. They replaced my roof, fascia, soffit, and installed a brand new gutter system with guards—and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

From the very beginning, Shan was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and the work was completed faster than I expected without compromising quality. The craftsmanship is excellent, and everything looks clean, solid, and built to last.

What really stood out was their customer service. Shan made sure I was informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. I highly recommend Superior Gutters & Construction to anyone looking for quality, efficiency, and outstanding service.

Thank you, Shan, for a job well done!

Very professional company to hire to do your gutters and roof. Shaun was extremely helpful in getting my roof and gutters project done on time. They clean the area of any and all debris. Would recommend them 1110%.

I’ve worked with Shan and his team on several projects, and it has always been a pleasure. As an independent contractor, I value professionalism, clear communication, and quality work. And they deliver every time. Reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had three companies come out before superior. The first actually replaced our roof do to storm damage a few months earlier but later claimed that they didn't have any record of the gutter estimate. Second two companies showed no urgency to do the work. I contacted Superior Seamless Gutters and was given a estimate on the first phone call. We communicated via phone and emailed a few times addressing our concerns. By the end of the week, we had a new gutter system, gutter guards, down spouts, fascia metal, and hardware in black. They even made a few upgrades to help our system perform better and as a courtesy made some repairs to our gable vents. I wish I could give 10 stars in this review. Very satisfied with the performance and appearance of the work.

I contacted them to inquire about gutter and roof inspection, and they were able to come out the same day to perform a complimentary service for me. They didn’t find anything wrong with the gutter and roof, and kindly took some photos for my record. It’s rare these days to find someone who is super communicative, honest, and professional. Would definitely use them again for the future!

If you need gutters, this is who to deal with ! Their work is impeccable. From start to finish. When I first contacted them, very informative and fast with getting an estimate. Also, they are great of informing you at what time they will arrive and very punctual. All of the crew are very nice to deal with and work very hard and quickly. When completed the work they made sure every piece of scrap and screw was picked up. Best price and best people to deal with. You won’t find any better company !

Very Professional, no hidden fees and worked with my insurance company to get the best deal for my whole house siding and gutter replacement. Great job and house looks fantastic!

My wife and I were looking to replace the original half-round gutters and downspouts to our 1945 house with the same style. We ran into a lot of companies that only installed K-style gutters. Maryam and her team at Superior listened to our desired specifications and sent us pictures of the hangers and gutter material that would most closely resemble what we had. They provided a very reasonable price to complete the work, showed up exactly as promised, asked questions during the install to make sure our expectations were met, and did a great job with the install. We are very pleased with our new gutter system.

These guys were great! I have struggled with clogs in my gutters only on the back of the house leading to erosion issues in my yard. They scheduled me promptly and took care of everything by cleaning the gutters and installing a gutter guard at a reasonable price, and helped me hang a guard to stop birds from getting into my dryer vent at no additional charge. Friendly, prompt, great workmanship—highly recommend if you need your gutters cleaned or a guard put in.

We recently had gutter guards installed by Superior Gutters & Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and showed up right on time. The installation was smooth, clean, and professionally done — they even took the time to inspect and clean the existing gutters before putting the guards on. We have several heavy rainfalls in the upcoming days and can’t wait to see how the new gutter guards (Raindrop) perform.
If you’re considering gutter guards, I highly recommend Superior Gutters & Construction. They provide top-notch service, fair pricing, and real peace of mind. A five-star experience!

The overall work was great. Their initial estimate was higher than their competitors but I decided to go with them because they matched their competitor’s price. Sean answers any questions/request instantly which was the other factor that showed me they want my business. Since, I have OCD about water damage. I need services that reliable and pay attention to details. Sean told me to call them if anything happens afterwards. Hopefully I don’t have to use it but if I do, there’s a warranty of the craftsmanship/parts that available for me.

Above and beyond. First, I called on a Saturday at 3 PM.- shan arrived at my home 20 minutes later. What Ned’s Home claimed was the issue was not the issue at all. Such a relief to have honest reputable companies such as Superior for homeowners. Shan guided me through the entire process and understanding of the gutter issue. He and Maryam were wonderful
Workers were polite and quick. Offered me before and after screenshots.
I highly recommend this company over Ned’s Home services any day.

Honestly, I WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!! To say that I’m satisfied with the job that Shan and his guys at Superior Gutters & Construction did for me would be a huge understatement. Th GREAT JOB repairing/replacing our roof and siding is only a small part of what makes me so willing to recommend SG&C. The amount of work that Shan (the owner) did BEFORE EVER doing the actual roofing/siding is unbelievable. His knowledge of how insurance companies operate was a life-saver. I had no clue how it all worked. My insurance company made it very, very difficult and Shan guided me through the whole grueling process. From meeting with adjusters to hiring an arbitrator to finally get approval to get insurance to cover the work, Shan did it all. He kept me informed along the way and everything played out EXACTLY AS HE SAID IT WOULD. These days it’s difficult to find a company who cares no matter what business you’re talking about. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys and it’s the least I can do to leave them a positive review. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. If you need any kind of roofing or really any type of construction work done give SUPERIOR GUTTERS AND CONSTRUCTION A CALL. I CAN ASSURE YOU-YOU'LL BE HAPPY THAT YOU DID!

They did a great job with the gutters and downspouts. Clean up was awesome and the price was great. I would recommend them and consider them for my future projects.

Worked with Shan on getting the new gutters at my house. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and did the work as promised. Definitely, recommend them for gutter installation.

I recently had 6” gutters with appropriate downspouts installed at my home in Fort Washington, Maryland. I have to admit that Miguel and crew were extremely efficient, respectful and diligent throughout the installation process. The job was completed within the time frame given to me initially. That being said, I am completely satisfied with a job “well done” by this company.I would definitely recommend Superior Seamless Gutters to anyone out there who might be considering gutter installation….check them out first!

We initially contacted Superior Gutters & Construction for a roofing quote, and we were immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they were. Not only were their prices extremely fair, but their expertise gave us the confidence to have them quote us for siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit as well. Long story short—we ended up having them do all of it! The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If you're thinking about upgrading your home's exterior, we highly recommend Superior Gutters & Construction They truly live up to their name!

Superior Gutters and Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly professional, extremely responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The quality of their work is phenomenal — everything looks amazing and was done with great attention to detail. They were also very tidy and respectful of the space, leaving everything spotless when the job was complete. I will absolutely be using them again for any future projects. If you’ve found them, look no further — you’re in great hands!

To say that the service that I received was 5 ⭐️ would simply be an understatement. As as a somewhat new homeowner the last thing that you want to hear is that you need a new roof and you’re responsible for it. I received a referral from a coworker and it was truly a GOD SENT. I had several estimates done and for a 1300 square foot home one company quoted me 28k(crazy) the others weren’t too far behind. I reached out to Superior Seamless Gutters, LLC and after 1 phone conversation I was sold. The Customer Service was Platinum, the owner made me feel as though I was the only customer and he literally walked me through every stage of the roof replacement process and it was 100% Stress Free. The wealth of knowledge that he shared with me was so beneficial and put me at total peace during the process. The workers were highly skilled and each knew their role yet they moved so in sync with one another almost choreographed. Last but certainly not least the pricing was beyond fair and far less than every other company that quoted me and the workmanship was top notch. When you come across an owner takes time to come out to the job and help the workers that’s a man that stands by his work. If you need roofing, gutters, or siding, LOOK NO FURTHER! SUPERIOR SEAMLESS GUTTERS LLC is the company that you need. CALL NOW! I’m already planning for my next project.
Not only did get an AMAZING Roof but I’ve also gained a brother.
Thank you for Everything🙏🏾
P.S. I was NOT paid to say any of this lol 😂

Outstanding! Had the gutters replaced on my home and Gutter guards installed. Excellent communication, very fair price, and high quality work. Would definitely recommend!

Superior Gutters & Construction did an excellent job on my gutters! When I asked about extenders to move the water away from my home Shan had someone come back by my home later that day to add them. The customer service was A++++++++ I highly recommend them!
