I can not say enough about the service and quality of work Paul and his Team at Tropea provided when we had a last minute with a closing. No BS. No red tape. They were there within 24 hours and completed the job in order to save a settlement. They would certainly be doing all my work moving forward.

ServiceMastrer by Tropea did a truly amazing job. We were awoken by a water disaster at 7:00am and by 7:45 Paul from ServiceMaster was on site mitigating our situation. From the moment we contacted them they provided caring, genuine & professional level of service. I have been dealing with various contractors for nearly 35 years and they are without a doubt the "BEST OF THE BEST". Look no further these guys are you best choice for restoration & full remodeling. My insurance company referred me to Tropea after our home was damaged by a flood. Lou came out and prepared an estimate. He took care of submitting everything to the insurance company. He gave me a good idea of the timeline and managed to finish well ahead of my expectations. I was able to call, text, or email my project manager whenever I needed and he was always responsive. The crew was professional, polite, and did an amazing job. I'm thrilled with the results and recommend Tropea without reservation.

My townhouse had a frozen water supply pipe in the 2nd floor master bedroom shower that shattered. As a result, the water destroyed my 1st floor ceiling drywall, kitchen tile and hardwood floors with secondary damage in my basement. Paul, Kevin and his team came recommended through my employers and they could not have been more professional and courteous, taking the time to explain what would be accomplished step by step through mitigation and reconstruction. They started mitigation in less than 24 hours after their initial walkthrough (after my insurance company waited 48 additional hours after the incident without any activity). Not only are they professional, Paul helped me with the steps I should take when navigating the next steps with the insurance company. This company really goes to bat for the homeowner. Without a doubt, I would recommend ServiceMaster by Tropea for home restoration and I give them 5 stars.

I wish I could give 6 stars. The day after my home caught fire, Paul and Mr. Joe were at my home assisting me. They helped me understand the process and communicated the steps they would take to clean and restore my home. Manny was at my home like clock work every morning at 7:30 am working on my home. The team was professional, efficient, and empathetic. Mr. Joe was the best. I texted and called him countless times including weekends, and each time he responded quickly and calmly. He never brushed off my concerns and was extremely helpful with my restoration. Paul was equally great! He was flexible and made it clear he was here to help and make sure my family was satisfied with our restoration. I want to thank the team for all of their hard work.

ServiceMaster by Tropea was nothing short of amazing. After a sprinkler line leak caused major water damage to the front of our home, Gary, Kevin, and the rest of their team showed up within two hours of my call, on a Sunday. They worked nonstop for over six hours and made a stressful situation much more manageable.

They treated us like family, were very helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the process. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend their services!

Wish I could give them a million stars! My moms basement has had water come in 2x in the past year and both times I have had them come out and they have been amazing! They are hard working sweetie pies!!!

I was very happy with the great work Service Master by Tropea did in my home. I had a hot water heater break and leak into the basement. In no time they had the fans going to prevent mold. The basement had to be basically rebuilt with new dry wall, carpet and painting. Tropea made it easy and I didn’t have to make any of the arrangements. The team was always professional, clean and thorough. I can’t believe how they accomplished getting everything completed in such a short time. I highly recommend Tropea and their personalized way of getting the job done!

If you're looking for concentrated juices you're out of luck. For over 2 months I've been trying to get grape juice and keep getting the same excuse - we're sold out. NO, No one is ordering. Why ? All started this year.

Getting much better, and cleaner! The lost star is for The exit door, receipt checker checked every item in my cart, I spend over $600 on my Walmart card, it took a very long time.

Exceptional service and a good price! I had a tree fall and hit a roof. They removed the tree, tarped the roof until i can get it repaired, and sent me pictures of everything. Definitely recommend A-AAA!

I would’ve posted this review sooner but had a death in the family. I did want to relay my experience with this company as I was a long-time customer. Back in the spring, we contacted a-aaa for an estimate to remove a maple tree. This was the first time contacting them since the company was sold. The person that came out was the owner of the company and he met with my husband. My husband said the owner was so pushy and worse than a car salesman. After receiving the estimate DAYS later, not only were we shocked at the high price for the tree removal, he also put a bunch of items on the estimate we didn’t want and we told him we didn’t want while he was at our home.The owner was 2 hours late and took over an hour of my husband’s time for ONE tree. This was very unprofessional and not what we were used to with the previous owners. Needless to say, we will no longer be using a-aaa. We had our work done by clear tree. Very professional and prompt.

I would 100% recommend A-AAA for any tree removal you had. They gave us a great price, showed up exactly on time (honestly a little early), were consummate professionals the whole day, and left everything nice and clean. They left my backyard better than they found it!

A-AAA was outstanding through the entire project! Met them at the MD Home and Garden show a few weeks back and they have exceeded my expectations and at a fair price. Their crew was fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

They did a great job remo ingredients 2 trees next to our house.Clean up was excellent. This is the 3rd time we've used them. Our HOA has used them several times with similar results.

Very professional! These guys came to my house and cut down a large pine tree. They did an excellent job and the even cleared away invasive bamboo trees from my property. I would definitely hire them again if I need any other trees cut.

First off, I never expected that your crew would be here 1 day after we received our estimate. And, because of the severe thunderstorms (We were without power for more than 24 hours because of the storm, but fortunately we have a whole home generator, so we were actually out of power for less than 60 seconds that it took for our generator to detect the outage and automatically come online.) I thought for sure that you guys would be overwhelmed by people who had trees on their property that fell on their homes or cars and desperate for help. But I guess that never happened because your guys were at my home on the day after we received our estimate. I briefed one of your team about what I wanted to have done. I then went into my home and attended an online webinar for an hour. Before that hour was over, your guys finished, packed up, and left for their next assignment. I went out into my yard to check their work but I was not surprised. They did much more than I thought they could do and cleaned up everything. As I always expected from A-AAA tree service, they exceeded my expectations in every way. This is the third time I had your crews out to my home and I am one of those people who always talks about vendors who do great work. Before your estimator left our house, I called a neighbor who has a 70 foot tall silver maple on her property that is a hazard to 2 homes in our neighborhood and anyone who parks anywhere near her home. I sincerely hope that the next time I see an A-AAA tree service truck that it will be at her home to take this troublesome tree out of her yard.

Great service all around, would highly recommend!! Greg helped schedule the estimate and the work fast and everything was well communicated. The crew arrived earlier than expected and did an amazing job from start to clean up. Will be using them for all future projects.

I will wait to see if A-AAA corrects the issues that happened as a consequence of sloppy clean-ups, and piles of debris, plus broken branches that were left on broken shrubs. It is worth noting that previously this company had done good work, but not this time. Moreover the owner is an individual who is arrogant and unable to understand that he should not behave in the fashion that he manifested.

Perhaps the problems will be resolved, but I am very disappointed in this company which I recommended to my next door friends.
