The New Generation Group, LLC is a very reliable company. I had my roof replaced and it looks great. They did everything they said they would do from the time of the estimate until the time it was finished. The workers were very professional and very courteous. They cleaned up everything before they left. I am very happy to have chosen this company.

Excellent job on my reroof. I have solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled, and Tom Bergman subcontracted that out for me. The roofing work included replacing the old plywood sheathing. They did a very high quality job.

I worked with Nick and Tom for our roofing and gutter project. Both were extremely knowledgeable and provided pros and cons to my questions which mostly was related to not putting gutters up as soon as the roof was completed. The final decision was to have the gutters and rain spouts put on. Work was completed in the timeframe they stated and no mess left behind. You know the work is great when a teenage neighbor commented how the color of the roof and gutters made the whole house “pop”. I would definitely recommend this company.

Shane and Nick were amazing throughout for our roof replacement. Fair prices,great work and cleanup, and communicated everything that was going on which was helpful to us first time homeowners! Will definitely contact them for future repairs or work. A++

Great company! Would highly recommend!! They built us a beautiful new deck. We loved it and their work so much, we decided to have them quote us for a new roof. They found signs of wind damage on our roof, so we ended up filing through our insurance and our roof was almost free! They do excellent work and I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

New Gen replaced our roof in one day. Nicole took care of the insurance and scheduling details, Shane was there to answer any questions, everyone involved was helpful, friendly and professional. I was worried about damage to our landscaping that surrounds our house, but absolutely nothing was damaged. The crew did a great job cleaning up, and our roof looks fantastic! New Generation Group far exceeded my expectations! Brandon and the guys noticed we were missing some shingles missing and wind damage and helped us to get the entire roof replaced through our insurance for just our deductible. They helped us with every step of the process got us scheduled quickly and had our roof replaced in a matter of hours! The crew was efficient and professional. I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Highly recommend!

From the moment Tom knocked on my door and told me I needed a new roof, I knew he was someone I could trust and I was in good hands. He dealt with the insurance company for me, from beginning to end. He made the entire process painless!! Our roof stands out in the neighborhood and it gave the house a whole new look. Chuck and Tom have been wonderful, caring and helpful. I highly recommend these guys to everyone....they do not disappoint!!!

When we decided to replace our roof, we obtained estimates from a number of different roofing companies. Shane at New Generation Group worked with us to give us a fair and competitive price. The materials they used were high quality and looks great! When there was a complication with the replacement of our skylight, Shane and Nick (the owner) were good about coming up with solutions and going the extra mile - literally, Shane drove a significant distance away to pick up a hard-to-find replacement from the distributor. They were extremely responsive to our concerns about protecting our landscaping, and tarped over the plantings and fishpond. They were also very meticulous with the cleanup, and promptly sent over a gutter contractor when we found that one of our gutters may have been partially blocked by some excess nails and other waste, which normally would have been expected to just wash out the downspout. The level of service was excellent. It is really a joy to work with them. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

New Generation Group replaced our roof. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, Carrie and Shane. We had known for some time that the roof needed work, but cost was a major concern. After inspecting our roof, Tom pointed out that the type of damage that we had sustained would probably be covered by insurance. He then helped resolve the insurance claim so that we could get a new roof for a fraction of the price that we expected to pay. The crew showed up on the scheduled day, did an excellent job in less than seven hours, and performed a thorough cleanup. My wife and I are very satisfied. We will have other projects for NGG in the near future.

Marc did an excellent job inspecting my roof to see if there was any damage l should address. He proceeded to tell me l have wind damage and l should contact my homeowners insurance.
Marc did an excellent job from start to finish he is the reason my roof was completed and payed for by my homeowners insurance.
The roofing guys who actually did the manual labor of removing the layers of shingles on my roof on a very hot 91° degree day Friday.
Well let me tell you l was very impressed with the attention to detail they showed by putting everything they moved out of the way to lay down plastic. They put it all back to where it belonged.
The clean up they did afterwards was even better.
I was very happy with there professional work l tipped each of there workers $20 a piece. I’m very pleased with New Generation Group.
My neighbors also liked there work too.

Brandon & the entire New Generation Group team were amazing. Brandon & Shane come to my home to inspect my roof. They were professional and thorough. Brandon walked me my through the entire process of getting the work on my roof replaced. Bradon even noticed that the headlights on my vehicle were cloudy and on the day that my roof was replaced, Brandon came to make sure that everything went well with the installment of my new roof and clean the cloudy headlights on my vehicle. Both my roof and my headlights turned out perfectly. I highly recommend the New Generation Group

I was referred to New Generation Group from a friend. I called them and had a home energy audit done in my home where Brit came in and completed the audit and answered all my questions, she was great! While waiting for an approval on my application my hot water heater stopped working. I called Brit and she had Nick call me to help me out and right away they worked with me to get another hot water heater put in! Thank you so much for your fast service and professional installation and for getting my hot water back! I have recommended them to my family and friends and will be calling them for other home projects in the future!!

Just had my roof and gutters replaced on my house and detached garage. I can't say enough good things about the service and the job that New Generation did. The were complete, thorough and totally professional. The job was completed in one day and everything was completely cleaned up before the crew left. Will definitely be using New Generation Group again for future renovations.

New Generation Group, LLC was referred to me by a neighbor. That neighbor needed the roof vent line repaired and was pleased by the quality of the work and the energy of those he met. I needed three pipe boots replaced. Upon contacting the company they promptly called me, sent an e mail to me and within a few days come on-site to inspect and evaluate the entire roof. Shane, aka Mr. Roof and Matt were enthusiastic and provided me with their verbal estimate. I would have preferred the estimate be in writing. About a week later I scheduled to have the repair done and unbelievably the roofers came the very next day. That was a good surprise for sure for no date had been determined to have the work done. The roofers replaced all three pipe boots just like that. They were friendly and got the job done. When it comes to the paperwork well that is a little iffy but we managed. Overall, I think the New Generation Group, LLC based on my limited exposure is achieving their slogan of "Achieving Greatness Through Hard Work". I would recommend and refer them to anyone needing roof work. They also provided many other construction work your house may need.

We were very pleased with the work of Tom and his crew installing our new roof. Tom climbed onto the old roof and attic to physically inspect the existing conditions before giving an estimate. We had 4 foot sunflowers along the edges of the house and they were careful to protect them from damage during the removal and installation. The crew were diligent workers and did a terrific job cleaning up. They earned a 5 star rating.

Amazing! Brittani came out for the free energy audit and within a couple weeks we were getting new insulation in our attic and basement. We even got a new water heater which was an added bonus! The team was great and they were able to get everything done in a day. We immediately noticed a difference with our heat. All of our rooms would be freezing when you first walked in. Now we walk in and it’s so much warmer and more comfortable! Highly recommend!
