The experience I just had with New Generation Group was fantastic. We needed our 1855 house insulated with modern day insulation. We started with a free home energy audit where Brit came in & performed flawlessly. A work up was done of which rebates we could get & the work was scheduled. Mijael and Gustavo came in, worked all day and got it done with 100% professionalism. They then took extra time to clean my house to the point where it was near impossible to tell they were even there. I can’t appreciate that part enough. Superb job

We just had our attic floor and basement ceiling insulated, and we feel the difference. The bedrooms upstairs are much warmer and our downstairs yoga studio went from 52 to 64 degrees in the morning! 12 degree improvement! We're very happy with the finished product. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the project manager, but Nick did an amazing job making sure we were happy with the finished product. Brit is great as well!

My BGE Bill has doubled in a year, New Generation Group did a free evaluation on my attic, hot water heater and some other areas of my house. They replaced the hot water heater and sealed the attic and blew insulation in it. The entire experience was great from dealing with the owner Nick, the assessment person Britt and the crew leader that did the work Miguel. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job in one day. I would highly recommend New Generation Group for any improvements you need in your home.

I highly recommend New Generation Home Energy Performance. Nick and Brit came and did an energy assessment - showed me some pictures of my attic and walked me through the recommendations. The new insulation makes my house feel so much better, my new bathroom vent and water heater were an amazing added bonus.
They are very thorough and really great to work with. I highly recommend!!

My roof was in a terrible state and needed to be done desperately. I had quotes and spoke with several different companies, New Generation came out and gave me their honest opinion and a good honest estimate. It wasn't the least expensive quote, but I felt a better connection with Tom as he explained things other companies did not. I knew he would do the work right so I would never have to worry about it again. The work was done while I was out of country and I 100% trusted him and his crew. I came home to a beautiful roof and new gutters. A recent hard rain even sounded different from within my house. I had been thinking about doing a Home Energy Audit for a while, Brittani, Tom and Nick from New Generation Group reached out and was really helpful in getting the audit started. She came out did the audit and recommended solutions to improve the energy efficiency of my home.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Brittani and the crew demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill. They thoroughly assessed my attic's insulation needs and provided me with a detailed explanation of the recommended insulation materials and techniques.

The installation team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. They worked diligently to ensure that the insulation was properly installed, paying attention to every detail. The team also took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving my attic in a tidy condition.

Since the insulation was installed, I have noticed a significant improvement in the temperature regulation of my home. The insulation has effectively reduced heat loss during in my home and it feels more comfortable now.

So almost 3 months ago I found these guys and they came out n did testing at my home while waiting for energy assistance approval to bring me a new hot water heater mine didn't work and came close to blowing us up.Saturday Miguel and Gustavo came and brought me a new hot water heater and had their work cut out for them which included knicking out a wall but they achieved it all by 9:30pm last night and I now have hot water again.Thank you guys for everything and to Brittany,Dustin and Nick for helping me out with this I highly recommend these guys and will use them again 😊

I saw this company doing a roof for a neighbor so I went over to talk to them. TOm are very thorough with his explanation of my roofing project. I had considered getting two other quotes, however, after speaking with Tom I felt this company was very professional and genuine and didn't feel a need to get additional quotes. Tom scheduled my roof within a short period of time. The roofing crew showed up and were professional and courteous. I was very impressed with how they cleaned up. They not only made sure everything was cleaned up from my yard, but also thoroughly checked the neighbors yards on both sides to make sure everything was clean. I am very pleased with the job they did and I highly recommend them. I would definitely consider using them for any future projects. The company is interested in making you happy and doing a excellent job. Thanks Tom and crew!

If you don’t use New Generation for your roofing and construction needs, you’re doing yourself an incredible disservice!

This company was professional, thorough, and collaborative in finding solutions to every question and concern I had. Nick and Tom were on-point with their communication right from the start. It was immediately clear that these guys are not in this business just for the job and the bottom line number. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in resolving my roofing issues with my best interest in mind was clearly their primary motivation.

While the job at my home was for a simple reconstruction of the roof, they quickly brought to my attention concerns they had during demo. They made sure to have a conversation with me about what they found, what the problem was, what the options were to resolve it, and how I’d prefer to move forward. They never assumed I’d be OK with any additional cost, if necessary, nor did they assume the work should be done without my understanding of the problem and consent of resolving it. To me, that is as professional and customer-focused as you can get.

Hopefully Nick and Tom are able to see this, as well as their entire team. And I hope every potential consumer sees this as well. This company is doing right by their clients, and they deserve your business as well. They will do the job right, keeping your best interest at heart, every time.

I already have them lined up for a second job. You should get on board with doing the same!

When I knew it was time for a new roof I, like most homeowners, dread that day. From the cost and dealing with contractors can be very overwhelming. I had posted on a local FB page for recommendations when Nick reached out to me and was also recommended by a friend. Nick and Shane were great to work through the whole process. I was able to get a beautiful new roof that was covered by my insurance and my deductible was my only out of pocket cost! The crew was professional and did a great job in cleaning up. Nicole from the office was also great to deal with.

Boy, I don’t know where to begin. I was driving through my neighborhood and saw this company’s van advertising roofing services, etc. So I stopped and asked for a business card and ended up meeting the owner, who had a very warm spirit. We chatted and I said I would call to schedule an estimate.

We scheduled the estimate date for a roof inspection and home energy analysis a few weeks later. The day of the inspection, the owner and his whole crew came to my house, did a thorough review and explained everything to me that they saw (like what was done incorrectly prior and why I’m still having issues) and recommended for repair/replacement. All of these people also had a very warm, pleasant spirit and I felt very comfortable with hiring them for my job.

A few weeks later,I ended up getting a full roof and attic insulation replacement. The crew of workers were also friendly and superb as well, when they came to do the work! My neighbors were even inquiring about New Generation Group, LLC and wanted them to come over for estimates, and some have already scheduled!

I have never met a company who are caring and trustworthy throughout all of their staff! This company was a God send to me at the right time, and was always willing to go the extra miles, to make sure I had the help and resources needed.

My roof was subject to extensive wind damage and New Generation
interacted with my insurance company to insure that the damage was covered. Shane Shoemaker gave me a promise to have the work done prior to Christmas and he was true to his word. The crew was extremely professional and efficient. They were especially diligent in keeping the work site clean and free of nails - could not find a single nail or piece of debris once the crew was completed the project. I am a retired builder and I know quality workmanship and that is exactly what New Generation Group delivered at a very reasonable price point.

We cannot recommend New Generation Group enough. We had a new roof installed under insurance, and they were extremely patient and kind as they walked us through the process. Nicole in the office was communicative when they had to delay our date because of weather and a delight to talk to. Shane, the gentleman who gave us our estimate, is always quick to respond with the many questions we had. The new roof looks great, and we've received many compliments on it. The crew that installed the roof did a fantastic job. I didn't find a single nail or piece of roofing debris on my property after the install. And best of all... No leaks! BOOM!

I was extremely satisfied with New Generation. I needed a totally new roof due to storm damage. Tom Bergman, the owner, met with our insurance inspector to insure that we received what was needed to fully complete the job. Tom was on site the majority of the time while the roof was being installed. The roofers did a quality install, were polite, and cleaned up as if they weren’t even there. Any questions that I had, were answered fully and promptly. What can I say? Tom and his crew made the entire experience as painstaking as possible. The quality and dependability of their work is priceless. I would highly recommend New Generation, and look forward to working with them again on other projects.

We could not be more pleased with our new roof that was just installed by New Generation Group LLC. They were very professional and well priced. They showed up at the job on time & worked through the day to get our roof installed in 1 day! They did an excellent job on the clean up & left no trace of any debris around the house. The overall experience was amazing & we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future for any work they might need done on their homes!

Nick & Brit came by our home and they were so personable ! We spoke for about an hour before even getting down to what work needed to be done and we felt so comfortable with them evaluating our house to get it up to BGE standards. We made a plan to upgrade our water heater and added more adequate insulation in our home. The work was done about 2 weeks later on about a day and the workers were polite and efficient. My husband and I have had our share our terrible contractors in Baltimore and it’s hard to find someone that is genuine. Nick and his team were amazing to deal with from start to finish and were incredibly grateful for their assistance in getting our house updated!

The team is extremely professional and friendly. We were in a situation where we needed a new roof or our insurance was going to drop us. They came out very quickly to give us a quote and also do an energy audit. We got both the roof and insulation and waiting to see what our next electric bill will look like. I can tell you though within minutes of everything be completed out house is not as drafty as it once was and already feels more comfortable then before. Will be calling them next year for our new windows. Definitely give them a call you won't be disappointed.
