A-AAA gave me a great estimate for a safe removal of a 60ft dead tree threatening to fall on my home. They got me on the schedule quickly and had the tree down in just about an hour. Their team was professional, safe, and kept me informed on their work. I will continue to recommend them for your tree needs and use them myself more in the future.

I can highly recommend A-AAA Tree Service. The team arrived promptly at 8am and began working right away removing my two trees. It was the most satisfying work I have seen in a long time. Once done they did a great job cleaning up. well done. :)

Original review dated 12/3/25 (please read update provided below): DO NOT use A-AAA Tree Service and I warn potential customers to be weary of their business practices. I contacted the company for a tree removal estimate, but did not sign a contract. It turned out that A-AAA's quote was more than DOUBLE the amount of three other reputable tree removal companies. A-AAA is now invoicing me for a cancellation fee, as well as a charge for Miss Utility, even though a Miss Utility ticket was never generated. A-AAA is unable to show proof of a signed contract or a confirmation email sent to me which shows an approved work order. The company has threatened that they will send the invoice to collections. This has made for a very stressful and frustrating experience.

It is interesting how you have no problem falsifying information in your response below to make a potential customer, that left you a one star review, look like they are lacking credibility.

There was no way for me to have approved your estimate electronically because your office staff told me that your system was undergoing updates and the electronic estimate approval link was not working. In addition, I think it is of the utmost importance to include the fact that your company does not accept verbal agreements over the phone. You may have accepted them in the past, but you decided to no longer accept them, prior to me contacting your company. You STILL have not been able to provide a signed contract or confirmation email sent to me of an approved work order. There was never a confirmation of a scheduled appointment. You also never provided me with a Miss Utility ticket number (which your company does not even file with Miss Utility before the actual removal of trees, since you grind the stumps on a different day from when you take down the trees).

I understand that you may have an arrangement in which you pay a financial incentive for Google to keep your business rating above a certain number, but that doesn’t give you carte blanche to pretend you’re being transparent and gaslight those that give an honest opinion. Hopefully others will see through your act.

The A-AAA Team showed up on time and started working. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after the tree removal and called me to let me know they were finished. I will be using them again for the tree stump removal.

The crew that came out to prune our cherry tree was awesome, on time, professional, and I can’t believe how quickly and efficiently they trimmed our tree. They cleaned up really well in our yard and our neighbor’s where many of the tree limbs were hanging over. We recommend this company wholeheartedly and we will certainly call them again whenever necessary.

We were provided a detailed written estimate along with insurance and tree expert certification info and scheduled work within one week of contract approval.
