An honest, generous, and knowledgeable gentleman. I requested his consultation on an electrical issue my home inspector found. Turns out the home inspector was mistaken; no work needed to be done. Despite spending time with me at the home, Tim did not charge me anything. During the consult, he was extremely thorough. He showed me evidence that led to his conclusions and completely convinced me of the correctness of the conclusion.

We have used Tim’s services multiple times in the past few years. He has always been very professional and reliable. He is flexible with asks and scheduling and gives multiple options and ideas for how to accomplish what you are trying to do.

Tim has been great to work with. He listened to my ideas, offered several options and was prompt in his arrival and meticulous as he worked. I already have more ideas for my house that I want to discuss with him!

I do not regularly review businesses, unless they should be avoided, but Tim is different. He's so sharp, affordable, and honest, it's hard to spread the word and not keep him for myself. He's done two jobs above satisfaction. Will hire again for any such projects.

Tim did work for us several times. It's not too often that you're able to have a review that comes in several years after it was done, but I'm going to give it. The lights still turn on. The wiring was good. Tim will get really detailed about what you can and cannot wire inside of a house, and I find that really helpful. He's just good at doing what needs to be done and the work lasts.

Tim is an excellent electrician! TLEEF has done two jobs for us. Tim replaced a bathroom vanity fixture and installed new pendant lights over our breakfast bar in the kitchen. Tim was prompt for both jobs with no delays, was very professional and thorough, and left no mess. We've used Tim for a variety of electrical issues. We wanted a hanging pendant light in the living room. He was able to install it and made a few small holes to connect with the existing electrical wiring in the room (not an easy task) and covered those holes so neatly. It was a beautiful job. He has installed bedroom ceiling fans, new kitchen lighting, new wall switches, and switched out our old fluorescent tube lights to new LED lights. We always feel very confident when he is here--he plans, he measures, and finds the best way to solve the problem. He is extremely neat, very pleasant, and always prompt.
