The mower’s refused to mower parts of yard with dog poop on it. It would have been fine if they had let us know or put it in our contract. This had been happening for weeks and they would not say why they were not cutting parts of the yard. When I asked for a refund for the part of the yard they didn’t cut. They refused and would not return my email. At this point I don’t know what to do. When I fired them they gave me a $10 refund for not doing the bulk of the work. I have ring videos of the workers just not doing other areas for no reason. I will never use them again.

Pleasantly surprised by the results! The crew of two started around 8:30 am, wrapped up around 5:15 pm. We bought 75 bags of mulch (3 cuft) and needed our flower beds/tree beds/shrub beds edges cut, debris cleared, and some shrubs trimmed). The crew of two was organized and spent 3 1/2 hours prepping, trimming and clearing debris. The rest of the day they distributed the mulch and got our beds looking great again. I reached out via Angi and am glad that I found a local company. The foreman, Bayron, texted me when they finished. We did a quick walk-around before they left. An “A” for effort. What wasn’t right? We had 4 granite sculptures in the beds, and I expected them to be left precisely as they were found. Nope. Each was broken down and not reconstructed. We had a concrete pagoda in one of our beds. It was removed and left on the lawn adjacent to the bed. Lastly, the price tag was high for a crew of 2, pretty much labor only since we supplied the product. 30-40% more than I would spend again. We supplied the product, it was an expensive labor-only bill (yes, we approved the estimate!). Live and learn. This is the first time we’ve used ATD Landscaping, and we will reach out again. For the high price tag, we were surprised by the sculpture flubs.
ATD Landscaping were professional, and they came to my house on time and completed the work promised. If anyone is looking for a professional firm that does landscaping call ATD.
The initial interactions with ATD were all very positive. They communicated well and completed the project as agreed upon. However, we are now having issues with drainage and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. All of the grass they put in is currently over saturated with water. It last rained on Saturday and I am writing this on Thursday. We are unable to let our dogs out because the entire grass area is so soaked. We even compared the grass to our neighbors and confirmed that this is not happening anywhere else in the area. I am still hoping someone will call us back, but at this point I am not going to hold my breath.
We are pleased with the job ATD did cleaning up our gardens and mulching. Their staff went over and beyond what was asked of them. We thank you! Myron and Kim Shear
