I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. This business not only overcharges you but if a problem arises with their work, they will not come back to inspect it.

These guys do a great job. I have been happy with this company for a few years now and plan on using them in the future.

This p.o.s. drives 10 mph below the speed limit in the left hand lane while not taking his eyes off his cell phone. Never use this company purely for safety reasons. And he holds up traffic like cray. Real P.O.S.

3 stars for price (which is comparatively high for residential): $145 for the first 30 minutes and $72.50 for every 30-min thereafter (as of Oct 5, 2017). Hence a 4-star rating.

They do not know what they are doing and don't guarantee their work. Changing shower cartridges shouldn't cost $700+. I don't usually write bad reviews but their plumber was so incompetent and Gary was so rude and hostile and unhelpful and obviously takes no pride in good workmanship that I am compelled to warn others. It was a complete nightmare! We even had to bring in another plumber to finally fix our shower.

Saia Plumbing has done a couple of projects for me. They are very quick to respond to plumbing issues. Their installers are very thorough and efficient. I am very pleased with the projects that they have done for me and will continue to use them. I HIGHLY recommend Saia Plumbing for ALL you plumbing needs.

Chuck is an overpriced, grandiose, rude plumber who DOES NOT solve your problem. Called for a leaking sink, 30 mins spent on task and over $300 later, the problem STILL persists. Over the years, used different servicemen and not once has someone left and the problem still persisted which means that Chuck didn’t detect where the problem was coming from in the first place. I do not recommend Chuck to anyone. All those rude remarks on his other reviews and being overpriced may have a high likelihood of truth to them.
