Don't get me wrong, he did a great job. Reliable, arrived at the promised time and did great work. The job was 100%. Problem was, he told me one price by phone (before seeing the project, quoted $250-350) and when he got to the house and looked at the project at the scheduled appointment, the price went up by about $200 (now ~500). Once finished, the price again went up another $100 (now up to $600). Now, I do understand that it's hard to predict the exact cost of a project before seeing it, however I have talked to other friends, and I wound up paying at least $200 more than I should have (if not more). If you are going to work with him, make sure he looks at the job first and gives a price in writing. I do understand part of the project was in a more challenging location, but it seemed everything was still done quickly and easily but 600 for two hours work is quite hefty. My alarm system and exterior cameras, which took almost 7 hours to install, did not cost much more. I just feel I was grossly over charged.

Mr. Ed provided great service. He called ahead when he said he would, and showed up at the allotted time, a rarity these days. When needed, he explained to ensure we understood his process and the reason behind it before taking action. Actually had him do a few additional projects before he left. Signed - One satisfied customer.

Very responsive to my call. He came out much quicker than I expected. He was efficient and knowledgeable. And most importantly at this time of COVID-19, he arrived wearing a mask and never lowered or took it off the entire time at my house. I felt very at ease having him do work for me and will call him again for some future fixture replacement I have planned.
