Merlos did a fantastic job with our patio. He provided an immediate fairly-priced quote at our consultation, including high-quality materials, then followed up with the necessary documentation for our HOA application. Once the application was approved, his team started work the next week. They worked through 95 degree heat without complaint.

All the workers were courteous and friendly. They worked together to figure out a aesthetic solution for our yard, and sought our opinions when appropriate. The masons were meticulous. As the job went on, we decided to expand the scope of the work slightly, and he didn't gouge us on the additional work. At the end of the job, the team hauled away all the old materials, leaving everything clean.

They finished the entire patio, including stairs and stone facing, in 4 days. We love the results. We highly recommend them, and will consult them if we have more work in the future. I've attached some before-and-after photos for reference.

Merlos Landscaping is fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about them. I had them do a concrete patio for me and they were priced fairly, did superb work, and answered all my questions (I asked a lot). Although it was a big job, they knocked it out in three days. Gilbert was tremendous about being responsive and communicative. They showed up early everyday and left the site better than they found it each day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Turf and Landscape Management has been managing my lawn for close to a decade. They also have done spring/fall mulch cleanup. My yard has looked amazing since hiring them.

Jeff & his team are amazing! I use them at our home for lawn treatments. They always show up, they are polite and professional.

The services were fine; even when the treatments did not work they were willing to come out and try again; however, the office management was poor; I called to have my CC run to pay my balance <1 month ago; today I received a call putting my account on hold due to failure to pay my balance; the woman I spoke to is the person who did not run my card correctly.
When I called to then "pay again" and cancel my account due to frustration; she said "people make mistakes" and hung up on me; instead of communicating and trying to make it right. Therefore, the customer service is not one in which I recommend anyone deals with, esp. when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide these services.

Your response is not correct; I was never contacted via phone or email; I actually called you all and told the person to run my card when I remember to do so after seeing the yard sign; the next call I got was 3-4 weeks later saying I did not pay my bill. Ultimately, instead of hanging up on a costumer, maybe apologize and take responsibility for the mistake. Again, the work was always great, however, the last exchange was unprofessional.

2 years in a row TLM has provided outstanding core aberration, seeding and top dressing. Great price and significantly more seed and top dressing than others I've used in the past. Must be high quality seed because I think everyone of them sprouted, very thick new looking lawn. They also do my mosquito control at a great price.
