Called to get an estimate on work in my backyard and the “owner” who answered the phone was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even listen or send someone out to see the issue. Just flat out said “That’s not something we’re interested in”. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The team came out today and spent the better part of the day ripping out and replacing a bunch of way over grown bushes, planted a tree and a few plants, installed river rock, gravel and mulch.....They did fantastic. Will absolutely use them again next time I'm to lazy to even consider doing the work myself.

Enquired about lawn drainage through a page on the website. Get called an hour or so later to hear the problem, get told "Youre looking at 2,000 minimum". Asked for someone to come out and look at it to give me a true estimate, was told I would be charged for the estimate. Very unprofessional even taking into account pandemic circumstances, to quote 2 grand on a property and problem you have yet to see is utterly hilarious. Lady on the phone, sounded like the wife of the boss, seemed uninterested in what the issue was, just pressed for $2000 guaranteed.

Edit: Free estimates are valid till December '21, according to the ad on google. Circus.

We had the pleasure of using JT Lawncare for several years while living in Pasadena MD. JT handled cutting our grass weekly, trimming back our landscaping annually and mulching twice a year. He also put in style stone edging for us. When it came time to sell our house he provided what we can only describe as a perfect imagine of what you want a house to be. He push mowed our yard despite it taking much longer, created patterns striped in yard, trims all of our hedges and trees and freshly mulched all of our beds. He is very fair on price and always communicative. I cannot recommend JT enough.

Very nice people. The team always listens to any requests you have and are very nice. They seem to be very passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. We will continue to use this company for any landscaping we need in the future.

Amazing service, really quick turnaround, beautifully done! Founder Rich Frankton came to our house the very next business day - in a crazy busy season in May. He understood we were moving (unexpectedly) and needed to ready our house for realtor pictures. So he fit us in and 2 days later, a team of two showed up, needed just a little direction, and cleaned up our plant beds, planted blooming flowers, and spread mulch. When I poked my head outside, everything was finished, cleaned up and perfectly beautiful. Thank you MLS!
